Abstract

본 발명은 유리면이나 암면을 원자재로한 단열판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 단열판의 제조를 전자동으로 제조하여 량산성과 제조단가를 낮출 수 있게하기 위하여 원료면을 타면기에서 타면한 것을 접착제를 분무하면서 송풍기로 집면실(7)로 불어내는 한편, 집면실내를 통과하는 이송콘베이어상에 로버트장치로 하철판을 얹고 하철판상에 소정의 두께로 면적층된 것을 하철판의 길이로 절단하고 그 위에 로버트장치로 상철판을 얹어서 열처리실에서 고정 성형함을 특징으로 하는 유리면이나 암면을 원자재로한 단열판의 제조방법임.

Claims (1)

  1. 원료면을 타면기에서 타면한 것을 접착제를 분무하면서 송풍기로 집면실(7)로 불어내는 한편, 집면실내를 통과하는 이송 콘베이어상에 로버트장치로 하철판을 얹고 하철판상에 소정의 두께로 면적층된 것을 하철판의 길이로 절단하고 그 위에 로버트장치로 상철판을 얹어서 열처리실에서 고정 성형함을 특징으로 하는 유리면이나 암면을 원자재로한 단열판의 제조방법.
