Abstract

〈목적〉
목형용 모재로서, 천연목과 같은 방향성이나, 발포 열가소성수지와 같은 절삭 가공시의 열에 의한 점성 및 발포부에 의한 마찰소음을 없게하여서 목형 가공시 절삭성을 좋게하고 제작한 목형의 비틀림을 방지할 수 있으며, 또한 목부분을 기재로 해도 50m/m이상 두꺼운 것의 성형이 가능하기 때문에 도금 가능한 목형용 모재와 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
〈구성〉
기재로서 50~70중량%의 80~200메쉬 목부문을 사용하고, 이에 30~50중량%의 자경성수지를 형성하기 위한 주제의 수지와 경화제, 그리고 축진제 등을 훈련하여 이를 상온에서 가압성형하고 수분 흡수율을 3%이하/24hr.로 되게 조정하여 소정규격의 고밀도로 결합 형성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 기재인 적어도 80메쉬의 미세한 목분이, 상온에서 경화하는 자경성의 열강화성 수지로 소정규격의 크기와 고밀도로 결합 형성되고, 수분흡수율이 3%이하/24hr.임을 특징으로 하는 목형용 모재.
  2. 80~200메쉬의 목분 50~70중량%와 50~70중량%의 80~200메쉬 목분과, 30~50중량%의 자경성수지를 형성하기 위한 주제의 수지와, 경화제와, 촉진제와를 훈련하여 상온에서 가압 성형하고 수분흡수율 3%이하/24hr.가 되도록 조정함을 특징으로 함을 목형용 모재의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 목분에 대한 자경성수지의 혼련은, 주제인 훼놀수지 조성물과, 경화제인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물과, 촉진제인 피리딘 유도체 조성물로서 행하며, 우레탄반응에 의하여 상온에서 경화시킴을 특징으로 함을 목형용 모재의 제조방법.
