Claims (1)

  1. 칩이 탑재되는 금형틀과 내부패턴이 위치하는 금형틀, 시일링(Seal Ring) 및 덮개뚜껑으로 이루어진 세라믹 패키지에 있어서, 내부패턴(INNER PATTERN)이 시일링의 일부영역까지 확대되고 시일링의 양 가장자리가 사각형이 아닌 경사진 형상으로 이루어지며, 상기 덮개뚜껑이 상기 시일링의 양가장자리와 일치 결합된 형상으로 이루어진 세라믹 패키지.
