Claims (2)
- 형광증백제와 블루토너(BLUE TONER)를 첨가시킨 폴리에스터 고농도칩(CHIP)을 통상의 진공건조기에서 건조한 다음 이를 기존 설비인 연속중합직접방사 라인의 압출존(Zone)에 설치된 별도의 공급용 용융압출기에 의해 고농도칩 : 일반칩을 1 : 5∼1 : 30의 비율로 공급하여 균일 혼련시켜 형광증백제가 섬유중량 대비 0.01 내지 0.1중량% 포함되도록 한 후 용융방사함을 특징으로 하는 고백색 폴리에스터 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형광증백제는 고농도칩에 대해 0.1∼0.5중량% 첨가하고, 블루토너는 아래 구조식(I)로 표시되는 것으로 형광증백제에 대해 1∼25중량% 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 고백색 폴리에스터 섬유의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
