Abstract
본 발명은 내충격성 열가소성 수지 조성물로서 중량%로 기본수지로 폴리아미드 수지 25 내지 84%, 내충격성이 있는 1종 이상의 유기고분자 화합물 5 내지 35%, 삼산화 안티몬등 1종 이상의 무기화합물 3 내지 10%, 할로겐 화합물 8 내지 30% 및 안정제 0.01 내지 2.5%로 조성되면 난연성 및 내충격성이 우수하다.

Claims (1)
- 성분(a)-(e)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 (a)나이론-6, 나일론-66 및 코폴리아미드(융점=150-260°C)중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 폴리아미드 수지 25 내지 84%, (b)(1)에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 디엔 화합물 중에서 2종 이상으로 구성된 공중합체(디엔 성분은 10%이하임)로서 무수 말레산이 0.3 내지 3.0%그라프트된 공중합체, (2)무수 말레산이 그라프트되지 않은 것을 제외하고는 (1)에 준하는 공중합체, (3)에틸렌, 아크릴계 에스테르 및 무수 말레산으로 구성되는 공중합체로서 융점이 50 내지 150°C범위인 공중합체(4)스틸렌, 에틸렌 및 부틸렌으로 구성되는 공중합체로서 무수 말레산이 0.3 내지 3.0%그라프트 된 공중합체 및(5)무수말레산이 그라프트되지 않은 것을 제외하고는 (4)에 준하는 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 유기화합물 5 내지 35%, (c)삼산화안티몬, 산화제1철, 산화제2철, 붕산아연, 산화아연 및 안티몬산 나트륨 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 무기 화합물 3 내지 10% (d)브롬화 폴리스틸렌, 브롬화 폴리페닐렌옥사이드 브롬화 디페닐 에테르, 비스(헥사클로로 시클로펜타디에노) 시클로옥탄, 테트라데카브로모디페녹시벤젠, 에틸렌 비스-테트라브로모프탈이미드, 브롬화 스틸렌, 브롬화 비스페놀-A및 브롬화 에폭시 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 할로겐화 화합물 8 내지 30% 및 (e)안정제 0.01 내지 2.5%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
