Abstract

필요연소량에 따라 거버너 비레밸브와 온도조절용 전자밸브를 제어하는 형식의 가스연소장치에 있어서, 온도조절용 전자밸브의 전환시에 연소이상을 일으키지 않도록 한다.
거버너 비례밸브(13)와 온도조절용 전자밸브(14)를 연설하여 이루어지는 가스공급로(2)의 하류에 제1버너(3)를 설치하고, 부가스공급로(21)의 하류에 제2버너(4)를 설치하고, 연소제어기(6)에 의하여 필요연소량에 따라 온도조절용 전자밸브(14)의 개폐를 행하는 FF기 난방기(A)에 있어서, 필요연소량이 소정량을 초과하여 대연소량측으로 이행하는 경우에는 비례밸브 전류의 하강도중에서 온도조절용 전자밸브(14)를 개방하고, 소정량을 밑돌아 소연소량측으로 이행하는 경우에는 비례밸브 전류의 상승도중에서 온도조절용 전자밸브(14)를 폐쇄한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 FF식 난방기의 구조 설명도, 제2도는 그 난방기에 있어서 거버너 비례밸브의 가스유속-비례밸브 전류특성과 온도조절용 전자밸브의 가스유속-개폐밸브 특성과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (1)

  1. 비례밸브 전류에 알맞는 2차압이 발생하는 거버너 비례밸브에, 온도조절용 전자밸브를 연설하여 이루어지는 가스공급로의 하류에 설치된 제1버너와, 상기 거버너 비례밸브와 온도조절용 전자밸브와의 사이에서 분기하는 부가스공급로의 하류에 설치된 제2버너와, 필요연소량에 따라 상기 온도조절용 전자밸브의 개폐를 행함과 동시에, 필요연소량이 소정량 이하인 경우는, 제2버너만으로 필요연소량이 얻어지도록 상기 거버너 비례밸브에 통전하고 필요연소량이 소정량을 초과하는 경우는 양버너로 필요연소량이 얻어지도록 상기 거버너 비례밸브에 통전하는 연소제어수단을 구비하는 가스연소장치에 있어서, 상기 연소제어수단은, 상기 필요연소량이 상기 소정량을 초과하여 대연소량 측으로 이행하는 경우에는 비례밸브 전류의 하강도중에서 상기 밑돌아 소연소량측으로 이행하는 경우에는 비례밸브 전류의 상승도중에서 상기 온도조절용 전자밸브를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스연소 장치.
