Abstract

본 발명은 새로운 대체냉매인 R-134a(1, 1, 1, 2-테트라 플루오르 에탄)을 사용한 가정용 냉장고에 쓰이는 냉각윤활제의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 네오펜틸글리콜과 카프릴릭산으로 합성된 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 아디핀산, 네오펜틸글리콜, 카프릴릭산으로 합성된 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카플릴레이트)아디페이트는 각각 40℃에서 동점도가 7.103cSt(100℃에서는 2.197cSt), 83.73cSt(100℃에서는 12.11cSt)로써 가정용 냉장고에 사용할 수 있는 점도범위인 40℃에서 10.0cSt∼35.2cSt에 맞지 않는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명에서는 가정용 냉장고에 사용할 수 있는 윤활기유를 연구한 결과 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카프릴레이트)아디페이트를 무게비로 8 : 2∼4 : 6이 되도록 조성하므로써 40℃에서 동점도가 10cSt∼35.0cSt가 되도록 하므로서 가정용 냉장고의 윤활제로 사용가능한 우수한 효과가 있다.

  1. 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카프릴레이트)(아디페이트의 혼합비가 8 : 2∼4 : 6이고 40℃에서 동점도가 10cSt∼35.0cSt임을 특징으로 하는 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오르에탄을 냉각제로 사용하는 가정용 냉장고에 쓰이는 냉각윤활제의 조성물.
