Abstract
제올라이트의 양이온이 알칼리 토금속 이온으로 대체된 포우저사이트형 제올라이트를 촉매로서 사용하여 나프탈렌을 알킬화시킴으로써 모노이소프로필나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.

Claims (11)
- 제올라이트의 양이온이 알칼리 토금속 이온으로 대체된 포우저사이트형(faujasite type)제올라이트를 촉매로서 사용하여 나프탈렌을 알킬화 시킴으로써 모노이소프로필나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속 이온이 Mg2+및/또는 Ca2+이온인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 약 4 내지 400, 바람직하게는 5 내지 250의 SiO2/Al2O3비를 가지는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포우저사이트형 제올라이트에서 격자 음전하의 적어도 50%가 알칼리 토금속 이온에 의해 보충되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교환가능한 Na+이온의 적어도 95%가 알칼리 토금속 이온으로 대체된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액상으로 반응을 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 100 내지 500℃, 바람직하게는 약 150 내지 300℃의 온도에서 반응을 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 100 바아 이하, 바람직하게는 2 내지 20 바아의 압력하에서 반응을 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 알킬화제가 i-프로필 브로마이드, i-프로필 클로라이드, 프로펜 또는 i-프로판올인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연속 공정의 경우에, 나프탈렌을 알킬화제에 대해서 0.1 내지 10, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 1.2 몰비로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불연속 공정의 경우에, 촉매를 사용된 나프탈렌의 중량에 대하여 약 0.1 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 약 1 내지 10중량%로 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
