Abstract

고무밴드 제조시에, 나일론 1260 데니어/2피28이피아이를 사용하여 백고무를 펀톱핑한 것을 원주방향을 기준으로 90°로 배열하여 고무밴드 표면에 부착하거나 트리티드 투우 왜이 패블릭으로 불리우는 40 데니어 나일론 80%와 폴리우레탄 20%를 혼용하여 직조한 섬유를 고무밴드 표면에 부착하여 그린타이어 제조용 성형기 드럼의 표면에 씌우는 고무밴드를 제조하는 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 고무밴드가 취부된 성형기 드럼의 팽창전 상태도,
제2도는 상측은 제1도의 드럼이 팽창전 측단면도, 하측은 제3도의 팽창된 측면도,
제3도는 제1도의 성형기 드럼이 팽창된 다음 그린타이어 1차 성형단면도,
제4도는 종래의 고무로만 제조된 고무밴드 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 그린타이어 제조용 성형기 드럼의 표면에 씌우는 고무밴드에 있어서, 고무밴드 제조시에, 나일론 1260 데니어/2피28이피아이를 사용하여 백고무를 펀톱핑한 것을 원주방향을 기준으로 90°로 배열하여 고무밴드 표면에 부착하거나 트리티드 투우 왜이 패블릭으로 불리우는 40 데니어 나일론 80%와 폴리우레탄 20%를 혼용하여 직조한 섬유를 고무밴드 표면에 부착하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 그린타이어 제조시에 사용되는 성형기용 고무밴드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 그린타이어 제조시에 사용되는 성형기용 고무밴드.
