Abstract

본 발명은 모듈러 월 패널(10)에 전력을 공급하기 위한 배전 시스템(30)을 기술하고 있다. 본 배전 시스템은 월 패널을 따른 트랙(14), 트랙을 따라 배선되어 다수의 배전회로를 정하는 다수의 전기 동력선(58), 상기 동력선과의 상호 접속을 위하여 동력선에 인접하여 장착되는 플러그 수용 리셉터클(24)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 리셉터클에 장착되는 리셉터클 접촉부(96), 동력선과 상호 접속시키기 위한 다수의 호화가능한 회로 제어 모듈(26)에 관한 것이다. 호환 가능한 회로 제오 모듈(26)은 리셉터클 접촉부(96)과 상이한 회로 접촉부(78)을 결합시킬 수 있는 상이한 어레이를 갖는 다수의 제어 회로부(L1, L2, L3, G1, G2, N1, N2, N3)을 포함한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 개념을 구현하는 모듈러 월 패널의 부분 입면도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 여러 구성 부품들을 포함하는 월 패널의 트랙 수단내에 장착된 구성 부품들의 부해 사시도.
제3도는 공통 하우징 수단, 동력선 스트레인 감소장치 및 2개의 회로 접촉부의 분해 사시도.
제4도는 호환가능한 회로 제어 모듈중 1개의 모듈의 하우징과 하우징에 장착되는 제어 접촉부의 3가지의 상이한 어레이의 분해 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 다수의 배전회로를 정하는 다수의 전기 동력선(58)및 상기 동력선과 결합시키기 위한 리셉터클 접촉부를 가지고 동력선에 인접하여 장착되는 리셉터클(24)를 포함하는 배전 시스템에 있어서, 동력선(58)과 상호 접속되는 다수의 회로 접속부(78) 및 리셉터클 접촉부(96)을 상이한 배전회로들과 선택적, 호환적으로 상호 접속시키기위하여 상기 리셉터클 접촉 수단 및 회로 접촉부들 중 상이한 회로 접촉부(78)과 결합시킬 수 있는 각각 상이한 어레이를 갖는 다수의 제어 회로부(L1, L2, L3, G1, G2, N1, N2, N3)을 포함하는 다수의 호환 가능한 회로 제어 모듈(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리셉터클(24), 상기 회로 접촉부(78) 및 호환 가능한 제어 모듈(26)을 장착하기 위한 공통 하우징 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공통 하우징 수단이 상기 리셉터클을 수용하기 위한 제1개구 수단(70)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공통 하우징 수단이, 상기 회로 제어 모듈(26)을 호환적으로 수용하기 위한 제2개구수단(72)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1개구 수단(70) 및 상기 제2개구수단(72)가 통해 있고, 상기 리셉터클 접촉부(96) 및 제어 접촉부(78)이 상기 통해 있는 개구 수단 사이에서 상호 접속하기 위하여 상기 리셉터클(24) 및 상기 회로 제어 모듈(26)상에 각각 노출되는 상보적으로 결합 가능한 부분을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1개구수단(70) 및 상기 제2개구수단(72)가 상기 공통 하우징 수단(64)의 전면부에 개방되고, 상기 회로 접촉부(78)이 상기 동력선(58)과 상호 접속하기 위하여 상기 공통 하우진 수단의 배면부로부터 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 회로 접촉부(78)이 상기 공통 하우징 수단(64)의 배면부에 돌출된 절연 변위부(78a)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1개구 수단(70) 및 제2개구수단(72)가 상기 공통 하우징 수단(64)의 전면부에 개방되고, 상기 회로 접촉부(78)이 상기 동력선(58)과 상호 접속하기 위하여 상기 공통 하우징 수단의 배면부로 돌출되며 상기 회로 접촉부가 상호 접속되는 상기 동력선을 유지하기 위해 스트레인 감소 수단(68)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 시스템.
  9. 종축 및 지지되지 않은 연부를 갖는 2개의 직립 측벽을 가지고, 내부로 전기 도선(58)을 통과시키는 연장된 U자형 부재(32), 상기 U자형 부재의 개방부에 부착된 덮개 수단(30), 외향 표면을 갖고 있고, 상기 U자형 부재의 상기 측벽(42)에 장착되며 상기 전기 도선에 전기적으로 접속되기에 접합한 리셉터클(24)를 포함하는 모듈러 월 패널(10)의 저위 부분에 장착되는 도선 유도로에 있어서, 외향 표면으로부터 다양한 거리에 배치된 상기 리셉터클(24)의 2개의 대향 측면상의 다수의 슬롯(102) 및 상기 리셉터클의 대향 측면 상의 임의의 2개의 슬롯(102)와 결합되기에 적합하고, 서로 평행한 두면을 갖고 있는 U자형 패널의 측벽에 있는 개구(66)을 포함하여, 상기 리셉터클(24)의 외향 표면과 U자형 부재(32)의 측벽(42)의 외부 표면사이의 거리가 상기 리셉터클의 각 대향 측면의 슬롯 중 어느 것이 상기 개구의 양면과 활강하여 끼워지는가의 여부를 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 유도로.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 유도로의 종축과 수직이고 상기 U자형 채널(32)의 상기 측벽(42)의 지지되지 않은 연장된 연부를 통과하여 3개의 측면을 갖는 개구를 형성하도록 배향된 상기 개구(66)의 2개의 측면(104)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 유도로.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 U자형 패널의 상기 측벽942)상의 상기 개구(66)내에 상기 리셉터클을 더욱 양호하게 유지시키기 위하여 상기 리셉터클의 상부와 접촉시키기에 적합한 덮개 수단(30)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 유도로.
