Abstract

브이씨알의 권취릴측 소프트 브레이크장치에 관한 것으로, 권취릴의 일측에 설치되어 테이프 역방향 이송시에 제동력을 가하고 정방향 이송시에 해제하는 소프트 브레이크 기어와, 그 소프트 브레이크 기어의 회전을 제어하는 회전구속수단으로 구성되고, 상기 소프트 브레이크 기어는 권취릴의 기어에 맞물리는 기어부가 중간부에 형성되고 마찰부재 상단부에 결합되어 있으며, 상기 회전구속수단은 소프트 브레이크 기어의 마찰부재에 마찰력을 가하는 마찰부를 선단부에 형성한 아이들러 레버(42)로 되어있다.
이러한 본 발명은 리뷰시에만 권취릴에 브레이크력을 가하고 프레이시에는 브레이크력을 해제하여 부하늘 감소시킴으로서 소비전력을 최소화할 수 있는 것으로 저부하 설계에 유리하게 이용할 수 있으며 구조가 간단하여 조립성을 향상할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 권취릴(30)의 일측에 설치되어 테이프 역방향 이송시에 제동력을 가하고 정방향 이송시에 해제하는 소프트 브레이크 기어(51)와, 그 소프트 브레이크 기어(15)의 회전을 제어하는 회전구속수단(53)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 브리씨알의 권취릴측 소프트 브레이크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소프트 브레이크 기어(51)는 권취릴(30)의 기어(33)에 맞물리는 기어부(51a)가 중간부에 형성되고 마찰부재(52)가 상단부에 끼워진 것임을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 권취릴측 소프트 브레이크장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전구속수단(63)은 소프트 브레이크 기어(51)의 마찰부재(52)에 마찰력을 가하는 마찰부(42a)를 선단부에 형성한 아이들러 레버(42)인 것을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 권취릴측 소프트 브레이크장치.
