Abstract

본 발명은, 특히 자동차 승객을 보호하기 위한 팽창성 내충격 쿠션을 위한, 액화 기체 혼합물로 이루어진 기체 발생기용 기체-발생 재료에 관한 것이며, 여기에서 기체-발생 재료는 하나 또는 수 개의 짧은 사슬 탄화수소 및 일산화이질소로 이루어진다.
발열 작용의 결과로서, 많은 부피가 증가되어, 고체 발생기에 대해 필요한 필터가 필요없게 된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 액화 기체 성분이 하나 또는 수 개의 짧은 사슬 탄화수소 및 일산화이질소로부터 선택되는, 액화 기체 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 기체 발생기용 기체-발생 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 프로판, n-부탄 및 i-부탄 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 공업용 부탄임을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 대 일산화이질소의 중량비가, 혼합물에 대해, 일산화이질소 70 내지 97.5 중량%의 범위로 설정됨을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 대 일산화이질소의 중량비가 탄화수소의 완전한 연소를 위한 화학 양론비에 따름을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부탄 대 일산화이질소의 중량비가 5:95임을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액화 기체 혼합물이, 탄화수소 및 일산화이질소 이외에, 또한, 특히 저특성 압력을 갖는 비활성 기체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 비활성 기체가, 특히, 탄화수소와 일산화이질소의 혼합물에 대해 10 내지 80 중량%의 이산화탄소 및/또는 크세논 임을 특징으로 하는 기체-발생 재료.
