Abstract

본 발명은 망의 제편과 동시에 대나무가 일체로 편성되게 하는 망의 제편 장치에 관한 것으로서, 축봉의 양단부에 설치된 가이드바 브라켓에 가이드바와 보조 가이드바를 연결 설치하되 중앙부의 가이드바 브라켓은 전방 지지편을 절단하여 후방 지지편만 형성되게 하여 가이드바와 보조 가이드바 사이에 공간부가 형성되게 하므로서 대나무를 투입할 수 있게 하여 망조직의 제편과 동시에 대나무가 일체로 편성될 수 있게 하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 요동축봉(1)에 가이드바 브라켓(2)을 일정간격으로 고정 설치하여서 된 경편기에 있어서, 요동축봉(1)의 양단부에 끼워진 가이드바 브라켓(2')에 가이드바(5)(6) 및 보조가이드바(4)를 고정 설치하되 중앙부의 가이드바 브라켓(2)은 후방 지지편(3)만 형성되게 하여 가이드바(5)(6)를 지지되게 하므로서 가이드바(5)(6)와 보조가이드바(4) 사이에 공간부(7)가 형성되게 하고, 가이드바(5)(6)에 공급된 편산(14)(14')는 직조직으로 연속적으로 제편되게 하고 보조가이드(4)에 공급된 편사(10)는 직조직과 선택적으로 일정길이는 편성되고 일정길이는 편성되지 않게 하여 편성되지 않는 부분에 가이드바(5)(6)와 보조가이드바(4) 사이로 대나무(15)를 투입하여 망조직의 제편과 동시에 일체로 편성되게 하여서된 대나무가 일체로 편성되게 하는 망의 제편장치.
