Abstract

본 발명은 바코드(또는 매트릭스코드)등의 부호를 배설해서 이루어진 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판과, 그 식별관리방법 및 기판에의 부호의 형성방법에 관한 것으로서, 바코드부여를 용이하게 하는 동시에 바코드가 지워지거나 박리하거나 하는 것을 방지하고, 생산관리의 기계화를 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 인쇄배선기판(1)는, 기판의 표면에 형성한 오목부(3)의 바닥면(4)에 바코드(2)를 사출성형 또는 압압성형등의 수단에 의해 일체성형해서 배설하는 구성등에 의해, 바코드가 지워지거나 박리하거나 하는 것을 방지하고, 바코드판독의 신뢰성을 향상시키는 동시에, 생산관리의 자동화를 가능하게 하고, 유익한 정보를 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 기판과 부호를 일체성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판.
  2. 기판의 표면에 부호를 요철형상으로 일체성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판.
  3. 사출성형 또는 압압성형의 수단에 의해, 기판의 표면에 부호를 일체 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판의 부호의 형성방법.
  4. 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판의 색과, 기판에 일체성형하는 부호의 색을 2색성형법에 의해 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판의 부호의 형성방법.
  5. 비가시광영역 과장의 광선조사에 의해서 소거가능한 잉크를 인쇄 또는 도포에서 부호를 묘화한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 비가시광영역 파장의 광선을 자외선 또는 할로겐으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판.
  7. 자연단백질의 글루텐과 용제를 혼련한 부재를 사출성형 또는 압축성형 해서 이루어지고, 표면에 바코드 또는 매트릭스코드를 일체성형해서 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판.
  8. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 부호의 종류를 1차원코드 또는 2차원코드로한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기회로용 인쇄배선기판의 부호의 형성방법.
