Abstract

본원 발명은 전원제어 씨스템에 관한 것으로 물체의 통과여부를 감지하는 센서부와, 센서부 작동시 동안 온되는 타이머와, 타이머가 온 될 때의 출력과 톱니파 발생시에 하이레벨을 제공하는 제1제어부와, 제1제어부 출력에 따라 전원을 공급토록하는 제2어부와 교류전원을 직집 또는 제2제어부를 통하여 구동부에 제공되도록 선택하는 기능선택 스위치로 구성되며 물체가 통과시에 물체의 운반에 소요되는 시간동안만 전원이 공급되게 하여 전기소모를 줄일수 있도록 한 씨스템이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 물체의 통과여부를 감지하는 센서(30)와, 센서(30)작동시 설정시간 동안 온 되도록 콘덴서(C1)와 저항을 포함하는 타이머(40)와, 타이머(40)가 온될때의 출력과 톱니파 발생시에 하이레벨을 제공하도록 이피롬(10)트랜지스터(Q2)오피엠프(OP), 게이트(11, 12) 및 톱니파 발생부(13)를 포함하는 제1제어부(50)와, 제1제어부(50) 출력에 따라 교류전원을 공급토록 트랜지스터(Q3)로토커플러(PC1), 트라이악(TR)을 포함하는 제2제어부(60)와, 제2제어부(60)를 통하여 교류전원을 제공받는 단자(71)와, 교류전원(21)일단으로부터 직접 제공받는 단자(72)를 선택하여 선택된 교류전원이 구동부(80)에 제공토록하는 기능선택 스위치(70)로 구성되어 센서부에 물체가 통과될때만 설정시간 동안 온 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전원 제어 씨스템.
