Abstract
토크를 전달하는 구동 열에 합체하기 위한 커플링부재(1)는 관(2)및 상기 적어도 일단에 있는 적어도 하나의 플랜지(3)를 구비한다. 상기 관(2)및 플랜지(3)는 보강섬유 플라스틱으로 이루어진다. 다른 사용조건에 적용함에 있어서 개선된 강도 및 부하운반성질의 선택과 제조를 허용하기 위하여, 상기 관(2)및 플랜지(3)는 개개로 사전제조되며 슬리이브(4)에 의해 그것에 점착성있게 접합된다.

Claims (4)
- 두개의 대향단부를 갖는 관 및 상기 단부들의 연합단에서 상기 관에 인접하는 적어도 하나의 플랜지를 구비하며, 상기 관 및 적어도 하나의 플랜지가 섬유보강 플라스틱으로 이루어진 토크전달용 커플링 부재에 있어서, 상기 관(2)및 플랜지(3)는 개개의 사전제조된 부품들로 이루어지며, 상기 커플링부재(1)는 상기 플랜지(3)에 인접한 슬리이브(4)를 구비하며, 상기 관(2)및 플랜지(3)는 상기 슬리이브(4)에 서로 점착성있게 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크전달용 커플링부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지(3)는 상기 관(2)및 슬리이브(4)사이에 연장하여 있으며 대향측상에서 관(2)및 슬리이브(4)에 점착성 있게 접합되어 있는 관 연장부(3a)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 토크전달용 커플링부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관 연장부(3a)및 상기 관(2)의 인접한 단부(2a)는 서로 반대의 축방향으로 그 벽 두께가 테이퍼져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크전달용 커플링부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 플랜지(3)들은 그 대향단에서 상기 관(2)에 인접하며, 상기 커플링부재는 상기 플랜지(3)에 인접한 슬리이브수단(4)을 구비하며, 상기 관(2)및 플랜지(3)는 상기 슬리이브수단(4)에 서로 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크전달용 커플링부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
