Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 부터 폴리에스테르 모노필리멘트를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 35∼95중량%에 폴리올레핀 3∼30중량% 상용화제 1∼20중량%, 그리고 카보이미드를 주성분으로 하는 사슬 연장제 1∼15중량%를 첨가하여 제조하므로써, 고강도를 가지면서 가공성이 우수하고 내화학적 특성을 가지는, 의류, 가방, 텐트 등의 지퍼용도나 폐수처리용 또는 초지건조용과 같은 산업자재용도로 매우 유용한 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention is to prepare a polyester monofilament from polyethylene terephthalate, wherein the chain extension is composed of 35 to 95% by weight of polyethylene terephthalate, 3 to 30% by weight of polyolefin, 1 to 20% by weight of a compatibilizer, and carbodiimide.
