진공소제기의 전동기틀과 덮개의 결합구조장치

본 고안은 진공소제기의 전동기틀과 덮개의 결합구조장치에 관한 것이다.
본고안을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 전동기의 틀에 60°간격으로 요홈부를 형성하고, 덮개에는 요홈부에 삽입괘지될 수 있게 120°간격으로 돌출부를 일체로 형성하여, 틀에 덮개를 결합할시 견고하게 조립설치할 수 있게한 것이다.
종래의 진공소제기의 전동기틀에 덮개를 조립할때에는 제3도에 표현한 바와 같이 외면이 밋밋하게 형성한 전동기를 (30)에 덮개(31)을 억지끼워 맞춤으로 삽입시켜 조립하므로서, 금형 제질문제에 의하여 치수의 불균일이 발생하므로 결합한 후 헛돌림현상 및 틀이 분리되는 결점과 전동기운전시 덮개(30)의 들뜸현상에 의하여 소음이 발생하는 결점이 있는 것이다.
본고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 결점을 해소시키기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 전동기의 덮개와 틀에 각각 요홈부와 돌출부를 형성하여 견고하게 결합시킬 수 있게한 것으로서, 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
(1)은 전동기이다. 이 전동기(1)의 틀(2) 외주연에 60°간격으로 요홈부(3)을 형성하고 이와 결합되는 덮개(4)에는 120°간격으로 돌출부(5)를 일체로 형성하여 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본고안은 전동기 틀(2)의 저면으로 부터 덮개(4)를 삽입시키면 덮개(4)의 내측에 120°간격으로 돌출핀 돌출부(5)가 틀(2)의 외주연에 60°간격으로 형성된 요홈부(3)에 120°간격으로 견고하게 삽입설치 되므로서, 종래와 같이 방지되고 또한 헛돌림현상이 덮개와 틀의 돌뜸현상이 방지하여 소음방지 및 빠짐현상을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안은 틀에 형성된 요홈부에 돌출부가 형성된 덮개를 삽입설치하므로서, 헛돌림 현상 및 들뜸현상에 의한 빠짐현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 매우 실용적인 고안인 것이다.

  1. 전동기(1)의 틀(2) 외주연에 60°간격으로 요홈(3)을 형성하고, 덮개(4)의 내측주연에는 120°간격으로 돌출부(5)을 형성하여, 전동기 틀에 덮개를 삽입시 견고하게 삽입설치함을 특징으로하는 진공소제기의 전동기틀과 덮개의 결합구조장치.
