본 발명은 MK 단백질을 사용함으로써 내피세포같은 세포의 세포 성장을 억제하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Description

MK 단백질을 사용하여 세포성장을 억제하는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 BHK 세포의 높은 친화성 수용기에 대한 bFGF 결합에 미치는 MK의 효과이다. 분석은 실시예 8에서 설명된다.
제2도는 소의 ABAE 세포성장에 미치는 MK의 효과이다.
제3도는 사람의 HUVE 세포성장에 미치는 MK의 효과이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 세포성장 억제량의 MK 단백질, 알킬화 MK 단백질 또는 이의 조합물을 동물에게 투여함으로 구성되는, 세포성장을 억제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 MK 단백질은 사람 MK, 소MK, 양MK, 개MK, 돼지MK, 고양이MK, 말MK, 조류MK, 어류MK 단백질 또는 이의 알킬화 형태인 방법.
  3. 맥관형성 억제량의 MK 단백질, 알킬화MK 단백질 또는 이의 조합물을 동물에게 투여함으로 구성되는, 동물에서 맥관형성을 억제하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 MK 단백질은 사람MK, 소MK, 양MK, 개MK, 돼지MK, 고양이MK, 말MK, 조류MK, 어류MK 단백질 또는 이의 알킬화 형태의 방법.
  5. 반응성 세포 조사에서 MK를 이용함으로 구성되는 세포성장 억제인자인 선별방법.
  6. 외과 수술후 출혈 억제량의 MK를 사람 또는 온형 동물에게 투여함으로 구성되는, 외곽수술후 출혈을 억제하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 MK는 사람 MK인 방법.
  8. MK 단백질, 알킬화 MK 단백질 또는 이의 조합물을 동물에게 투여함으로 구성되는, 종양 성장을 억제하는 방법.
  9. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 MK 단백질은 사람MK, 소MK, 양MK, 개MK, 돼지MK, 고양이MK, 말MK, 조류MK, 어류MK 단백질 또는 이의 알킬화 형태인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 동물은 사람인 방법.
