본 고안은 자동차에 사용된 후 표면등의 마모로 인하여 못쓰게 되는 폐품타이어의 주면부를 절취한 후, 이의 양단부상에 잠금용 클립을 착설하여서 된 완충벨트를 도로상에 입설된 각종 기둥(전신주, 가로등, 건축구조물 등)에 부착하므로써 주행중인 자동차등이나 보행중인 사람등이 부주의로 인하여 충돌시 발생하게 되는 그 충격을 탄성과 내구력등이 우수한 완충벨트가 상대적인 완충작용을 하게 되어 충돌시의 사고를 최소화할 수 있도록 한 돌출기둥에 부착되는 폐품타이어를 이용한 완충벨트에 관한 것이다.The present invention cuts the main surface of the waste tire that is not worn out due to the wear of the surface after being used in automobiles, and then installs a locking clip on both ends thereof to install various poles (telephones, street lamps) installed on the road.
