본 고안은 오디오기기의 동조회로에 관한 것으로, 특히 직렬공진회로에 의해 영상주파수성분을 바이패스시켜서 동조회로의 영상비를 크게 향상시킨 영상주파수 방해 개선회로에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 사용되고 있는 종래의 헤테로다인 수신기는 동조 회로에 의해 수신된 입려신호를 증폭한 다음 국부발진기로부터의 발진 신호와 혼합하여 중간주파수의 신호를 만드는 방식을 채용하고 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 방식에서는 영상비를 개선하기 위하여 RF동조회로의 수를 증가시키거나 RF동조회로의 Q를 상승시켜야 하는데 이는 한게가 있으므로 오디오기기의 수신감도를 크게 향상시킬 수가 없었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 믹서(Mixer)의 앞단에 바렉터 다이오드 및 코일에 의해 직렬공진회로를 구성하여 영상주파수신호를 바이패스하도록 안출한 것으로 이를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 회로도로 이에 도시한 바와같이 엘씨(LC) 공진부(1)에 의해 안테나(ANT)로부터 수신되는 입력신호(ff)를 RF증폭기(2)에서 증폭한 다음 콘덴서(C2) 및 코일(L4)로 구성된 국부발진부(5)의 발진신호(fo)와 함께 믹서(4)에 인가하여 중간주파수신호(fi)를 만든다. 그리고, 상기 RF증폭기(2)의 출력은 직렬로 접속한 바이패스콘덴서(C3) 및 코일(L3)을 통하여 바렉터 다이오드(Cv) 및 병렬 콘덴서(Cp)에 각기 인가하며 이때 상기 다이오드(Cv) 및 콘덴서(Cp)의 접속점은 저항(VR1)에 의하여 직류전압(B+)을 인가하여 직렬공진부(3)를 구성한다.
한편, 상기와 같은 본 고안의 구성에 대하여 그 동작 및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
엘씨(LC)공진부(1)에 의해 안테나(ANT)에서 수신되는 신호는 RF증폭기(2)를 통해 소정의 레벨로 증폭이 된 다음 믹서(4)에 가해져서 국부발진부(5)의 출력신호 즉, 국부발진주파수신호(fo)와 혼합되어 중간주파수신호(fi)로 변환된다. 한편, 수신주파수를 fr이라 할 때 fm=fr±2fi의 영상주파수가 존재하면 국부발진주파수(fo)는 fo=fr+fi이므로 fo와 fm이 혼합하면 fm-fo=fi가 되어 수신전파의 중간주파수(fi)와 같아져서 혼신을 일으키게 되는데 이의 제거를 위해 사용된 상기 RF증폭기(2)와 믹서(4)의 사이에 접속된 직렬공진부(3)의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
바렉터다이오드(Cv)의 정전용량은 인가전압에 역비례하므로 가변저항(VR1)을 통해 직류전압(B+)을 인가하여 이를 제어하며 이때 콘덴서(C3)는 직류를 차단하고 영상주파수(fm) 성분의 신호를 통과시키는 작용을 한다.
한편, 상기 직렬공진부(3)의 공진주파수(fs)는가 되며 이때에는 A점에서 상기 공진 회로(3)를 들여다 본 임피던스가 최소가 되기 때문에 상기의 공진주파수를(fs)를 영상주파수(fm)와 같도록, 즉 fs=fm이 되도록 바렉터 다이오드(Cv)의 정전용량을 조절하면 영상주파수(fm) 신호를 최소화시킬 수 있다.(위 식에서 ″는 cp와 cv의 병렬합성을 의미함).
한편, 상기의 조건(fs=fm)을 만족시키는 소자의 값을 다음과 같이 결정된다.
즉, 바렉터다이오드(Cv)의 최대정전용량을 Cvmax라고 최소정전용량을 Cvmin이라고 하면 상기 정전용량(Cv)의 변화에 의해 결정되는 공진주파수(fs)의 최대값(fsmax)과 최소값(fsmin)은

가 따라서가 되는데, 상기의 공진부(3)는 영상주파수(fm)신호를 최소화하기 위하여 fs=fm=fr±2f1가 되도록 하므로를 만족하는 바렉터 다이오드(Cv)를 설정할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 바렉터 다이오드(Cv)의 유효가변율=이므로 병렬콘덴서(Cp)의 정전용량은으로 결정되며, 코일(L3)의 인덕턴스는로 부터로 구해진다.
한편, 상기의 직렬공진부(3)는 수신공진주파수(fr)의 트랙(Track)과 일치시킬 수 있으며 만일 불일치할 경우 커플링콘덴서(C3)에 보정할 수 있다. 따라서, 직렬공진주파수(fs)를 f2=f(fr)±2f1의 궤적으로 fs를 이동시킬 수 있으며, 이는 가변콘덴서(C1, C2)와 가변저항(VR1)을 연동으로 동작시켜서 수행된다.
한편, 제2도는 제1도의 가변콘덴서(C1,C2)를 바렉터 다이오드(C12, C22)로 대체하고 저항(R1, R2)을 통해 제어전압(Vt)을 인가한 전자동조형공진회로도로서 전압(Vt)에 의하여 바렉터 다이오드(C12, C22)의 정전용량을 가변하는 것을 제외하고는 제1도의 회로와 동일한 작용을 한다. 또한, 제3도는 종래의 회로에 있어서 주파수에 따른 영상방해비를 도시하고 있다.
이상에서와 같이 RF증폭기(2)에서 출력되는 영상주파수(fm)신호는 그 주파수(fm)에서 임피던스가 최소가 되는 직렬공진부(3)에 의해 바이패스되어 제4도에서와 같이 크게 개선된 영상방해비를 얻을 수 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 직렬공진회로에 의해 영상주파수신호를 제거하여 영상비를 크게 개선하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수신주파수에 동조되어 특정 주파수의 신호를 선택하는 엘씨공진부(1)와, 상기 엘씨공진부(1)의 출력신호를 증폭하는 RF증폭기(2)와, 수신주파수에 포함된 수신주파수±n배의 중간주파수 성분의 영상주파수에 공진하는 직렬공진부(3)와, 수신주파수와 혼합되어 중간주파수를 검출하기 위한 발진신호를 발생시키는 국부발진부(5)와, 상기 국부발진부(5)의 발진주파수와 수신주파수를 혼합하여 중간주파수를 검출하는 믹서(4)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 영상주파수 방해개선회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 직렬공진부(3)는 코일(L3)과 콘덴서(C3)가 직렬로 연결되고, 상호 병렬접속된 콘덴서(Cp) 및 바렉터 다이오드(Cv)가 상기 콘덴서(C3)에 공통 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 영상주파수 방해개선회로.
