핵연료 어셈블리에 쓰이는 지느러미형 혼합부재를 구비한 그리드

제1도는 가압수형 원자로에 쓰이는 연료 어셈블리내에 그리드를 설치하는 방법을 개략적으로 보인 정면도,
제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 그리드의 모서리 일부를 개략적으로 보인 평면도,
제3도는 제2도의 III-III선 확대 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 그 분기점에서 함께 고정되는 적어도 두세트의 교차판과, 일부는 연료봉을 수용하고 나머지는 안내튜브를 수용하는 제한셀로 구성되고, 판에는 판의 하측으로 연장되고 그 유동방항에 직교하는 방향으로 냉각제를 편향시킬 수 있도록 배치되는 냉각제 교반용 지느러미형부재가 제공되고, 각각의 판에는 연료봉을 수용하는 셀의 개개의 측부에서 냉향 돌출되는 접촉수단이 제공되어 봉의 크기보다 크지만 셀내에 포함된 봉이 지느러미형부재와 접촉하지 못하게할 정도로 작은 통로를 한정하는, 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드에 있어서, 상기 접촉수단은, 연료봉이 차지하는 두개의 내부셀을 분리시키는 각각의 판에서, 절단되어 두개의 국자형부재로 변형되고 냉각제 유동방향으로 상호편이 되는 상기 판의 두부분으로 구성되며, 상기 국자형부재는 상호 반대방향으로 돌출되고 냉각제가 소정셀에서 또다른 셀로 통과할 수 있게함을 특징으로 하는, 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 국자형부재는 반원형으로된 판의 구역을 외부로 압착하고 판의 가장자리 또는 판에 형성된 슬롯쪽으로 유동방향에 직교하는 방향으로 개방시킴으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합 그리드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 국자형부재는 절두원추체의 반쪽형태를 취함을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합 그리드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 상호편이 되는 국자형부재는 각각의 판의 폭위에서 그 일부만을 차지함을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상호편이 되는 두개의 국자형부재는 그 상측부상에서 반원형 베이스를 각각 구비하며, 하향 국자형부재는 판내에서 절단된 슬롯에 의해 제한되고 상향 국자형부재는 판의 상부가장자리의 변형부에 의해 종료되며, 하향국자형부재는 셀의 동일벽에 부착되는 지느러미형부재가 경사지는 방향에 대향하는 방향으로 판으로부터 돌출됨을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상호편이 되는 국자형부재의 하향국자형부재는 상향국자형부재의 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 개방되고 판의 하부가장자리까지 연장되며, 하향국자형부재는 셀의 동일벽에 부착되는 지느러미형 부재가 경사지는 방향에 대향하는 방향으로 판으로부터 돌출됨을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상호편이 되는 두 국자형부재는 외부로 개방되어 상호 대향하며, 슬롯에 의해 상호 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 외주벨트가 없으며, 판은 어셈블리내의 연료봉의 엔벌로프보다 작은 엔벌로프를 가질 수 있도록 그 길이가 형성되고, 외부셀을 분리시키는 벽은 각각의 벽의 지느러미형부재가 경사지는 판의 측부로부터 돌출되는 접촉수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 어셈블리용 혼합그리드.
  9. 상호평행하게 배치된 다수의 연료요소와, 안내튜브 및 다수의 그리드를 포함하는 지지구조를 구비한 핵연료어셈블리로, 상기 그리드 각각 또는 그중 일부는 그 분기점에서 함께 고정되는 적어도 두 세트의 교차판과, 일부는 연료봉을 수용하고 나머지는 아내튜브를 수용하는 제한셀로 구성되고, 판에는 판의 하측으로 연장되고 그 유동방향에 직교하는 방향으로 냉각제를 편향시킬 수 있도록 배치되는 냉각제 교반용 지느러미형부재가 제공되고, 각각의 판에는 연료봉을 수용하는 셀의 개개의 측부에서 내향돌출되는 접촉수단이 제공되어 봉의 크기보다 크지만 셀내에 포함된 봉이 지느러미형부재와 접촉하지 못하게할 정도로 작은 통로를 한정하는, 핵연료 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 접촉수단은 연료봉이 차지하는 두개의 내부셀을 분리시키는 각각의 판에서, 절단되어 두개의 국자형부재로 변형되고 냉각제 유동방향으로 상호편이 되는 상기 판의 두부분으로 구성되며, 상기 국자형부재는 상호 반대방향으로 돌출되고 냉각제가 소정셀에서 또다른 셀로 통과할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는, 핵연료 어셈블리.
