제2도는 주형물의 상부를 향하는 하부 구조 형태를 상세히 도시하는 본 발명의 하단부 삽입부재의 사시도,
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도의 주형된 하단부 삽입부재의 평면도.
Claims (6)
- 상단부 삽입부재, 다수의 연장된 핵 연료 로드를 지지하고 이격시키기 위한 이격된 핵 연료 로드 이격 격자와 하단부 삽입부재를 포함하고 이것을 통하여 냉각제가 유동하는 연료 조립체를 가지는 원자로에 있어서, 상기 하단부 삽입부재는 유동 방향과 평행인 제1츠변부분과 노즐을 통하는 냉각제 유동의 압력 하강을 최소로 하도록 상기 제1부분내로 몰입되고 거의 포물선 형상을 한 냉각제 입구 제2측벽부분을 가지는 다수의 냉각제 흐름 노즐을 포함하면서 개방 영역을 형성하는 소재의 본체로 되어 있으며, 상기 노즐은 하단부 삽입부재의 개방 영역을 치소로 하도록 다각형의 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로내의 하단부 삽입부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소재의 본체는 주형품이고 거의 포물선 형상인 제2측벽부분은 양호한 주형 발취구배를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하단부 삽입부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 주형품은 스테인레스강으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하단부 삽입부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 주형품은 안내관 개구를 가진 보오스와 레그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하단부 삽입부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 유동 방향의 수직인 단면이 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 하단부 삽입부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 직사각형 단면은 모떼기된 코너를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하단부 삽입부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
