실리콘알콕사이드와 저급알콜, 물 및 산촉매로 이루어지는 실리콘코딩용액을 유리표면에 코팅하여 저반사처리를 함에 있어서, 탄소수 1∼4개의 실리콘알콕사이드에다 물을 일시에 첨가한후 교반시키면서 저급알콜을 서서히 첨가하여 용해시킨다음, 여기에 산촉매를 첨가하여 실리콘코팅용액을 제조하고, 이를 회전하는 유리패널 표면에 떨어뜨려 스핀코팅하고 건조, 소성하여 유리표면에 불균일 코팅막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 저반사 처리방법.In the low-reflection treatment by coating the silicon coating solution consisting of silicon alkoxide, lower alcohol, water and acid catalyst on the glass surface, lower alcohol is gradually added to the silicon alkoxide having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and then stirred while stirring.
