제2b도는 인쇄용 미소 잉크방울의 생성을 위해 주 잉크방울에 가해진 하전 전압을 도시한 그래프,
제3a도는 본 발명에 따른 미소 잉크방울의 생성과 편향 과정을 나타낸 도면,
제3b도는 본 발명에 따라 잉크방울에 가해지는 하전 전압의 형태를 도시한 그래프.
Claims (6)
- 방울을 정전기적으로 하전시키는 장치 근처에서, 노즐에서 나온 제트를 방울들로 분할하는 첫 단계를 포함하는 진동여기 연속제트 장치용 액체 분사방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 다른 연속하는 단계로서, -상기 정전하전 장치에서 노즐로부터 나온 제트의 전진축에 대해 비대칭인 전기장을 생성하는 단계와, -주 방울이 나타날 때, 상기 정전하전장치에 레일리 전압보다 높은 정해진 하전 전압(VM)을 가하여 주 방울의 상류 끝에 단일 미소방울을 생성시키는 단계와, -생성된 미소방울 다음에 즉시 나타나는 주 방울에 전압(VM)보다 나고 레일리의 전압보다 낮은 다른 하전전압(VC)를 가함으로써 사용되어질 미소 잉크방울을 편향시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소 방울을 편향시키는데 사용되는 하전 전압(VC)는 사용되는 매체를 향하여 이동하는 미소방울의 선택된 경로의 함수로서 진폭이 변화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사방법.
- 진동 여기 연속 잉크제트 프린터의 고 해상도 인쇄장치로서, -상기 제트의 전진축 방향으로 잉크제트를 분사하는 하나이상의 노즐이 마련된 가압 잉크용기와, -전원 회로에 연결된 정전하전 장치의 근처에 잉크방울들로의 분해점을 얻기위하여 잉크제트를 진동여기 시키는 장치와, -얻어지는 정보요소들을 처리하는 회로와 연결된 검출회로로서 장치에 의해 하전된 후의 잉크방울들 근처에 위치하는 검출회로와, -인쇄에서 사용되지 않은 잉크방울들을 회수하는 홈통으로 구성되어 있으며 상기 하전 장치는 잉크제트의 축에 대해 비대칭인 전기장을 생성하는 단일 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고해상도 인쇄장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하전 전극이 잉크제트의 축과 평행한 축을 갖는 반 원통형의 모양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고해상도 인쇄장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하전 전극이 잉크제트의 축과 평행한 판 모양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고해상도 인쇄장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하전 전극이 잉크제트의 축에 평행한 면에서 서로 교차되는 2개의 반 평면의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고해상도 인쇄장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
