제3도는 본 발명을 적용시킨 진공청소기의 제어 회로도.

Claims (3)

  1. 먼지량 검출수단을 구비하여 흡입되는 먼지량을 검출하고 그에 따라 자동으로 흡입모터의 속도를 가변시키는 진공처소기에 있어서, 먼지량 검출수단의 수광량이 항상 일정하게 유지되도록 전류제어부(70)르 펄스신호를 출력하고, 전압체크부(80)의 출력상태로 고장을 판단하여 이를 표시하게하 제어부(60)와, 제어부(60)의 펄스신호에 따라 충반전되어 먼지량 검출수단의 발광량을 제어하는 전류제어부(70)와, 먼지량 검출부(10)의 출력전압을 설정된 전압과 비교하는 전압 체크부(80)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 제어회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류제어부(70)는 제어부(60)의 펄스신호에 따라 충방전되는 콘텐서(C2)와, 콘덴서(C2)의 충전전압을 안정하게 하는 버퍼(BUF)와, 버퍼(BUF)의 출력에 따라 스위칭되어 먼지량 검출수단을 발광소자(3)를 통해 흐르는 전류량을 가변시키는 트랜지스터(TR)및 저항(R4)(R5)으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 제어회로.
  3. 전원스위치가 온되면 펄스의 듀티비를 변화시키면서 펄스신호를 전류제어부(70)로 출력하고, 그에 따른 전압 체크부(80)의 출력상태를 체크하여 출력상태가 반전되는 시점의 튜티비를 갖는 펄스신호를 전류제어부(70)로의 출력신호로 세팅시키며, 운전스위치가 온 되면 세팅된 펄스신호를 계속적으로 출력하여 먼지량 검출수단의 수광량을 항상 일정하게 유지시키는 단계와, 전류제어부(70)로 세팅되 펄스신호를 출력하고있는 상태에서 전압 체크부(80)의 출력상태를 체크하여 먼지량 검출수단을 고장여부를 판단하고, 고장일 경우에는 흡입모터를 설정된 속도로 운전시키면서 고장상태임을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 제어방법.
