The measured data can be used as touch sensing measurement in manufacturing electronic keyboard music instrument. The apparatus comprises a gear (2) connected with a motor (1) shaft; a rack (3) connected with the gear (2); a load measurement shaft (4) assembled with a measurement shaft guide (6) in the center of a fixed plate (7) of a support (10); a load measurement device (9) equipped in the lower part of the load measurement shaft (4); a displacement measurement shaft (13) equipped at one side of a connection plate (8).
