Claims (12)

  1. 가교결합제를 함유하며 유리 일핵 페놀을 거의 또는 전혀 함유하지 않고, 추가 성분으로부터 폴리글리콜 및/또는 폴리 카복실산 및/또는 폴리카복실산 무수물 및/또는 폴리글리콜 및 폴리카복실산의 산 에스테르를 함유하는 열가소성 노볼락을 기재로 하는, 섬유 복합재료의 제조에 있어서 유동 특성이 개선된 결합제 수지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가 성분의 비율이 노볼락을 기준으로 총 0.5 내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 0.8 내지 10중량%, 특히 1 내지 8중량%인 결합제 수지.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 노볼락에 함유된 축합 생성물의 중의 포름알데히드에 대한 페놀 성분의 몰비가 1:0.4 내지 1:0.9인 결합제 수지.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노볼락이 비스페놀, 바람직하게는 디페닐올메탄 또는 p,p′-디페닐을 프로판과 포름알데히드의 축합 생성물을 함유하는 결합제 수지.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합제 수지중에 함유된 노볼락의 융점이 35 내지 120℃의 범위이고 DIN 53177에 따라 측정한 1-메톡시-2-프로판올 중의 노볼락 50중량%용액의 23℃에서 점도가 100 내지 300mPa.s의 범위인 결합제 수지.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가 성분으로서, 분자중에 3개 이상의 알킬렌 옥사이드 단위를 가지며 5℃를 초과하는 온도에서 액체인 지방족 폴리글리콜, 바람직하게는 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 테트라메틸렌글리콜, 펜타에틸렌 글리콜 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 결합제 수지.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가 성분으로서, 분자중에 2개 이상의 카복실 그룹을 갖는 열 안정성 폴리카르복실산 또는 이의 무수물, 바람직하게는 프탈산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 아디프산, 석신산, 트리멜리트산, 또는 폴리 카복실산과 지방족 폴리글리콜과의 산 에스테르를 포함하는 그룹 중에서 선택된 산을 함유하는 결합제 수지.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교결합제로서, 헥사메틸렌테트라민 또는 멜라민 수지를 결합제 수지를 기준으로 바람직하게는 2 내지 20중량%, 특히 5 내지 15중량%의 양으로 균일 본포 상태로 함유하는 결합제 수지.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통상의 보조제 및 통상의 충전제를 함유하는 결합제 수지.
  10. 추가 성분을 용융액 중의 페놀-비함유 또는 페놀 함량이 낮은 노볼락에 가하여 균일하게 분포시키고, 바람직하게는 용융액에 용해시킨 다음 생성된 용융액을 실온으로 냉각시키고, 고체를 분쇄장치 내에서 수지의 70중량%이상이 40㎛미만의 입자 크기를 갖도록 미분쇄시킨 다음, 수지 분말을 미분 가교 결합제와 균질 혼합하고, 경우에 따라, 다른 보조제 및 충전제를 바람직하게는 분말 형태로 결합제 수지중에 균일하게 분포시키고, 바람직하게는 결합제 수지를 미세 분말 형태로 수득함을 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 결합제 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  11. 천연 또는 합성섬유재료, 바람직하게는 층 두께가 균일한 스트형 웹 형태의 섬유 플리스 또는 섬유 직포에 분말 형태의 결합제 수지를 필요한 양 만큼 분포시키고, 재료를 약한 균전 가압 압력하에 가열하여 수지가 부분경화되고 섬유재료가 접착되어 예비제품, 바람직하게는 층 두께가 10㎝이하인 판 형태의 예비제품이 수득되면, 성형시키면서 예비제품을 120℃를 초과하는 온도, 바람직하게는 180℃로 가열하고, 필요할 경우 보다 높은 가압 압력하에 결합제 수지를 추가 경화시켜 목적하는 최종 가교결합이 일어나도록 하여 경화된 섬유 복합재료 성형품을 수득함을 포함하여 경화된 섬유 복합재료 성형품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 또는 제10항에서 청구한 대로 제조한 결합제 수지의 용도.
  12. 제11항에서 청구한 대로 제조한 경화된 섬유 복합재료 성형품.
