본 고안은 서류등을 철하는데 사용되는 표지에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cover used for filing documents and the like.
종래의 표지는 상측부분과 하측부분을 별도로 재단하여 크로스지(띠지)에 풀, 아교 등의 접착제를 칠한다음 크로스지로 상기 상측부분과 하측부분을 상호 접착연결하여 제작하였기 때문에, 제작에 장기간이 소요되고, 표지의 상측부분과 하측부분의 별도 재단에 따른 표지 재료의 폐지생성으로 인한 원가상승, 상측부분과 하측부분을 고가의 크로스지로 접착연결하는데 소요되는 추가적인 인건비 상승, 제작상의 어려움, 연속 사용으로 인한 크로스지 부분의 용이한 파손 등 여러가지 결점이 있었으며, 또한 종래에는 표지에 별도로 견출지를 부착하여야 하였으므로 이에 따른 비용 및 작업상의 번거로움 점 등이 있었다.The conventional cover is made by cutting the upper part and the lower part separately and applying glue such as glue or glue to the cross paper, and then cross-gluing the upper part and the lower part with the cross paper. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래 표지가 갖고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 표지 전체를 한번에 일체로 재단한 다음 압축기를 사용하여 간단한 방법으로 절첩부분을 횡방향으로 2단으로 평행하게 요면으로 형성함은 물론 견출지 부분 및 철공부분의 형성시에 동시에 형성하기 때문에 종래이 것에 비하여 제작이 간단하고 제작비용이 저렴하며, 또한 크로스지를 사용하지 않기 때문에 절첩부분에 내구성이 있어 거의 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있는바, 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the conventional label as described above, and the entire cover is integrally cut at once, and then the folded portion is formed in two steps in parallel in the transverse direction by a simple method using a compressor.
