Claims (3)

  1. 중공관체의 금속봉으로 된 컬성형봉(5)에 연속길이의 모발속(26)을 권취하여 나선형 컬을 갖는 인조모발을 제조함에 있어서, 컬성형봉(5)을 연속공급하며 직선방향으로 전진시키고 전지하는 컬성형봉(5)의 축선을 중심측으로 하여 회전하는 회전공급대(19)에서 연속길이의 모발속(26)을 공급하여 전진하는 컬성형봉(5)에 모발속(26)이 연속하여 나선형으로 권취되게하며 모발속(26)이 나선형으로 권취된 컬성형봉(5)을 전진하는 컬성형봉(5)의 전방에 설치된 가열터널(30)을 지나도록하여 나선형으로 권취된 모발속(26)이 가열고정되게 함을 특징으로 하는 나선형 컬을 갖는 인조모발의 제조방법.
  2. 중공체의 급속봉으로 된 컬성형봉(5)에 연속길이의 모발속(26)을 권취하여 나선형 컬을 갖는 인조모발을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치의 도입부에 경사공급판(7)과 일련의 안내로울러쌍(9)(10)이 착설되어 선단에 소경의 결합부(6)를 갖는 일정길이의 컬성형봉(5)이 경사공급판(7)에서 공급되어 안내로울러쌍(9)(10)을 지나면서 직선상으로 연속공급되고, 안내로울러쌍(9)(10)의 전방에 연속된 컬성형봉(5)이 지나는 공급안내관(17)이 착설되고 그 주위에 스풀지지대(18)를 갖는 회전공대(19)가 회전가능하게 착설되며 스풀지지대(18)에 지지된 모발속스풀(23)로부터 공급되는 모발속(26)이 회전공급대(19)의 편심위치에 형성된 모발속공급채널(25)을 통하여 공급되면서 전진이동하는 컬성형봉(5)에 나선형으로 권취되도록하며, 회전공급대(19)의 전방에 가열터널(30)을 착설하여 모발속(26)이 나선형으로 권취된 컬성형봉(5)이 지나가도록하므로서 나선형으로 권취된 모발속(26)이 가열고정되게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 나선형 컬을 갖는 인조모발의 제조장치.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 회전공급대(19)가 회전가능하게 착설된 공급안내관(17)의 선단에 외주면에서 내주면측으로 만곡되게 경사진 경사면(27)을 형성하고 이 경사면(27)의 일측에 완만한 경사를 이루어 연장된 돌출부(28)을 형성하여 회전공급대(19)에서 공급되어 컬성형봉(5)에 나선형으로 권취되는 모발속(26)이 돌출부(28)에 걸렸다가 컬성형봉(5)에 권취되게 하여 이에 권취되는 모발속(26)의 장력을 낮추도록 함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
