배플플레이트를 구비한 연료탱크의 성형방법
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 배플플레이트 성형품의 일예를 나타낸 측단면도.
제2도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 배플플레이트 성형품의 일예를 나타낸 평면도.
제3도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 배플플레이트 성형품의 일예를 나타낸 도면.
제4도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 블로우핀의 예를 나타낸 측단면도.

Claims (4)
- 열가소성 수지의 패러선내에 블로우핀을 아래쪽에서 삽입하고 블로우성형에 의해서 연료탱크를 성형할때에 이 블로우핀에 그 선단부로부터 아래쪽으로 향하여 연장되어 있고 또한 서로 길이가 다른 홈을 복수개 설비하고 이를 복수개의 홈의 각각을 거쳐서 사전에 성형된 복수의 배플플레이트를 이 블로우핀에 장착하고 이 상태에서 분할 금형을 닫고 가압유체의 공급을 행하여 연료탱크의 성형과 동시에 이 탱크내면에 배플플레이트의 용착을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배플플레이트는 중공관상의 지지부와 그 직경방향으로 연장되어 있는 한쌍의 플레이트로 되어 있고, 이 지지부의 내면에는 상기 블로우핀에 형성되어 있는 홈과 끼워맞출 수 있는 돌기가 형성되어 있는 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지로서는 하중 21.6kg에서의 MFR이 1.0∼10g/10분이고 밀도가 0.94∼0.97g/cm2의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이 사용되고 있는 성형방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배플플레이트는 하중 2160g에서의 MFR이 0.01∼10g/10분이고 밀도가 0.94∼0.97g/cm2의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 형성되는 것인 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
