[도면의 간단한 설명]
본 발명의 여러가지 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 관형 쟈켓에 삽입된 공학강철 지스러기로된 브리켓 코어를 포함하는 강편의 개략적 측단면도.
제2도, 제3도는 변형된 강편의 각각의 일측단부에 대한 측단면도.
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
Claims (10)
- 관형쟈켓(16)에 피갑된 지스러기(12) 덩어리를 포함하는 강편(1)에 있어서, 쟈켓의 적어도 일단부는 지스러기 덩어리의 일단부를 둘러싸는 단부편(20)에 연결되고, 상기의 단부편과 자켓은 상이한 조성물의 재료로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쟈켓은 스테인레스강으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단부편은 공학강철로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단부편은 캡(20c)의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단부편은 개방형 슬리이브(20a,20b,20d, 20e)의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제5항에 있어서, 슬리이브에 삽입되어 지스러기 덩어리의 일단부에 위치된 밀봉부재(32b)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지스러기는 공학 강철로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강편.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 강편을 가열하고, 상기의 강편을 가공함으로써 지스러기와 쟈켓이 변형되어 한개의 덩어리로 녹여지도록한 제품을 형성시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 지스러기의 재생방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가열 및 열간 가공후에 단부편을 포함하는 제품의 일부가 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
