제1도는 중공 구조부재(10)는 두개의 동일한 C형 단면 구성부분(11)으로 구성되고, 그 각각은 판금으로 형성되며 두개의 주요 플랜지(13)의 측면에 접하는 웨브(12)로 구성되고, 그 각각은 대응하는 변부를 따라 내측을 만곡된 부-플랜지(14)에서 종단되며, 부-플랜지(14)와 각각에는 그의 내측변부를 따라 연장되는 보강립(15a)(15b)(몇몇 경우에는 립(15a)은 생략된다)이 형성되어 있다. 제3도는 동일한 구조부재가 기둥(21), 서까래(22), 타이 비임(23)및 지주(24)에 대하여 사용된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 동일하고 일정한 단면형상의 한쌍의 C형 단면 구성부분으로 구성하되, 각각의 구성부분에는 두개의 일정 간격 이격된 평행한 주요 플랜지, 상기 주요 플랜지의 측면에 접하며 그이 제1쌍의 대응하는 변부와 결합되는 웨브, 주요 플랜지의 제2쌍의 대응하는 변부로부터 서로를 향하여 연장되는 웨브에 대하여 평행한 부-플랜지 및 하나 이상의 부-플랜지로부터 웨브를 향한 복귀 보강립을 형성시키고, 상기 웨브에는 내측으로 향한 벽부분에 의하여 한정되는 한쌍의 리브를 내측으로 형성시키고, 상기 C형 단면 구성부분의 각각의 상기 립은 다른 C형 단면 구성부분의 웨브의 리브의 상기 내측으로 향한 벽부분의 각각의 내측 및 외측표면과 결합되게 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 복합 중공형 구조부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 C형 단면 구성부분의 각각의 상기 리브 벽부분은 주요 플랜지의 상기 제1쌍의 대응하는 변부에 상기 웨브로부터 내측으로 경사지게 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 복합 중공형 구조부재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구성부분의 립과 웨브의 리브의 결합에 의하여 구성부분의 접촉하는 주요 플랜지를 접촉상태로 유지시키도록 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 복합 중공형 구조부재.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 구성부분은 로울 성형공정에 의하여 판금으로부터 상기 단면 형상으로 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 복합 중공형 구조부재.
  5. 각각 동일한 단면 치수와 전술 한 청구 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 형상을 갖는 두개의 구성부분으로 판금스트립을 로울 성형하고, 상기 내측으로 향한 벽부분의 내측 및 외측표면을 결합하는 각각의 구성부분의 립을 갖는 중공형 단면 구성부분을 형성하도록 구성부분을 함께 탄력적으로 결합시키고 접촉하는 주요 플랜지를 접촉상태로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조부재를 성형하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 따른 기둥, 서까래 및 타이 비임으로 구성시키고 벽이 상기 기둥, 서까래 및 타이 비임의 단부를 유지시켜 주는 소켓을 갖는 지붕 지지 브래캣을 또한 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지붕 지지 브래킷은 상기 소켓을 형성하는 한쌍의 L-형 스페이서에 의하여 분리되는 한쌍의 측판으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 각각 서까래 단부를 지지하는 두개의 소켓을 형성하는 소켓판, 상기 소켓판의 고정판 및 상기 고정판을 정면으로 함께 고정하는 훼스너를 갖는 용마루 지지 조립체를 또한 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
