제1도는 보통의 제동중의 본 발명의 셔틀밸브를 예시하며, 그리고 제2도는 밸브가 변위를 일으킨 후를 예시한다. 이제 도면은 참조하여 특히 제1도를 보면 본 발명에 따른 셔틀밸브가 나타나 있으며 전체로서 참조번호 10으로 표시되어 있고 이 셔틀밸브는 원통형으로 단이 형성된 보어(14)가 마련된 하나의 밸브본체(12)를 포함한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 급작용댐핑을 갖춘 셔틀밸브에 있어서, 내부에 단이 형성된 보어(14)를 가진 밸브본체(12), 상기 보어(14) 내에 배치되는 밸브부재(30), 상기 보어(14) 내에서 상기 밸브부재(30)를 정지개방위치 쪽으로 가압하는 스프링부재(80), 그리고 가동오리피스부재(90)로 구성된 급작용 댐핑을 갖춘 셔틀밸브이며, 여기서 보어(14)는 소직경보어섹션(22), 감소된 직경보어섹션(24) 및 확대된 직경보어섹션(26)을 포함하고, 소직경보어섹션(22)은 브레이크라인 접속부(20)와 통하고, 감소된 직경보어섹션(24)은 출구(40)와 통하고, 그리고 확대된 직경보어섹션(26)은 입구(50)와, 통하며, 밸브부재(30)는 상기 소직경보어섹션(22)내에 수용된 제1직경섹션(32)과 확대된 직경보어센션(26)내에 미끄럼가능하게 수용되는 제2직경섹션(30)을 포함하고, 제1 및 제2직경센션(32,36)의 주위에는 시일부재(60,70)가 마련되어 있어 소직경보어섹션(22) 및 확대된 직경보어섹션(26)과 밀폐식으로 맞물려 있고, 그리고 제2직경섹션(36)에는 이 제2직경섹션(36)에 배치된 챔버(49)과 통하는 종방향 오리피스개구부(46)와 통하는 횡단개구부(44)가 포함되며 그리고, 가동오리피스부재(90)는 상기 제1직경센션(32)에 배치되어 있고, 가동오리피스부재(90)내에는 오리피스(94)가 마련되어 있기 때문에 입구(50)를 통해 확대된 직경보어섹션(36)으로 고압의 유체가 급속히 들어오면 밸브부재(30) 및 가동오리피스부재(90)가 약간 지연된 변위를 일으키게 되고 이대 밸브부재(30) 및 가동오리피스부재(90)의 변위에 의하여 상기 유체가 상기 오리피스(94)를 통해 상기 출구(40)쪽으로 전달되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 급작용 댐핑을 갖춘 셔틀 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유체가 상기 제1직경센션(32)과 감소된 직경보어섹션(24)사이를 흘러서 출구(40)로 흐르도록 감소된 직경보어섹션(24)의 반경이 상기 제1직경섹션(32)의 반경보다 크게한 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀 밸브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가동오리피스부재(90)는 상기 제1직경섹션(32)주위에 비치된 환형부재(90)를 포함하고, 오리피스(94)는 환형부재(90)의 표면에 배치된 반경방향 슬롯(94)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2직경섹션(32,36)은 이들 사이에 있는 밸브쇼울더(37)를 포함하고 또 감소된직경보어센션(24) 및 확대된 직경보어센션(26)은 이들 사이에 있는 구멍쇼울더(27)를 포함하며, 가동오리피스부재(90)는 상기 쇼울더들(27,37)사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가동오리피스부재(90)는 중앙개구부(92)를 포함하고, 제1직경섹션(32)의 반경은 상기 중앙개구부(92)의 반경보다 작고 제1직경센션(32)은 상기 중앙개구부(92)를 관통하여 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유체가 상기 오리피스(94)를 통해 전달되도록 변위중에 가동오리피스부재(90)는 셔틀밸브(30)와 같이 움직이고 또 쇼울더들(27,37)사이에 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 보어(14)의 소직경보어섹션(72)반대쪽 끝이 캡부재(16)에 의해 막혀진 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 밸브부재(30)의 제2직경섹션(36)에 있는 챔버(49)의 체적은 밸브부재(30)가 라인접속부(20)쪽으로 움직임에 따라 증가함을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 스프링부재(80)가 소직경보어섹션(22)에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 셔틀밸브.
