Claims (14)
- 척추를 곧게 세워주고, 받쳐주는 장치는 연결과 접속 구성요소들을 매개로 하여 서로간에 유대관계가 있는 최소한 두 개의 로드에 의해서 다시 연결된 후크 혹은 나사로 죄인 임플랜트들로 구성되며, 상기 로드는 나사와 직각을 이루는 홈안으로 길게 유도되고, 이 효과로 후크 혹은 임플랜트의 몸체안에서 예측되며, 홈바닥안에 봉쇄되고, 또한① 홈의 바닥안에서 (10 혹은 21)를 봉쇄해내기 위해서, 홈의 옆면(111,112)들을 접근시킴으로써, 변형은 원추형 마루(30)를 가진 암나사와 원통형의 나사(114) 시스템을 매개로 하여 얻어진다.② 골이 파진 첨단(40)에 대해서 롯드를 연대관계로 맺는 것은 네개의 재갈(50,51,52,53)을 매개로 하여 얻어지는데, 그중 하나(50)는 골이 패인 횡단(40)의 극단들(41)중 하나에 고정되고, 횡단위의 다른 재갈 세개(51,52,53)의 위치는 홈(531) 안에 유지되는 암나사(60)를 매개로 하여 조정될수 있고 또한 그 선회는 무한한 나사(70)와 바퀴시스템(61)을 매개로 하여 얻어진다.③ 임플랜트(10)의 나사(120)를 고정하는 것은 45°각도의 삼각형 마루(121)를 매개로 하여 얻어지며, 나사(120)의 뽀족한 부분에 비해서 뒤로 위치해 있는 옆면들중 하나(122)가 전술한 나사(120)의 로드에 비해 직각을 이룬다.④ 로드의 토막(201,202)들을 길이로 연결하는 구성요소들은 나사(120)로부터 분리되거나 분리되지 않는 임플랜트(10) 머리의 몸체(11)가 통과하는 두 구멍을 포함하는 톱니가 난 작은 금속판(80)으로 구성되는데, 전체를 확실히 봉쇄해주는 암나사(30)강 나사위에 이른다.⑤ 롯드(21,22)의 수평 연결구성 요소들은, 롯드로부터 분리되거나 분리되지 않은 채, 임플랜트의 멀리 몸체(110)가 통과하는 구멍과 역시 전체를 제위치에서 확실히 봉쇄하는 암나사(30)와 임플랜트(10)의 머리몸체(110)가 통과하는 것을 가능하게 해주는 같은 넓이의 홈(180)을 포함하는 하나의 작은 금속판(800)으로 구성된다.⑥ 두 후크(15,16)가 서로를 향해서 조정된 골이 파진 롯드(90)는, 전술한 후크(15,16)의 몸체(150)안에 똑같은 피치로 뚫린 골 파인 구멍안에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정및 교정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 후크(15)나 임플랜트(10)의 몸체 옆면(110,150)을 확실하게 서로 접근시켜주는 원추형 암나사(30)와 원통형 나사(114) 시스템은 홈(113 혹은 152)깊이에서, 후크(15) 혹은 임플랜트(10)의 몸체(110,150)주위로 만들어진 같은 피치로 골이파인 원추형 구형(310)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 본 장치는 다음의 사항으로 특정지어진다. 즉, 암나사(30)의 골파진 원추형 구형의 토대(311) 직경사이즈는, 후크(15) 혹은 임플랜트(10)의 몸체(110,150)의 주위;에서 만들어진 원통형 숫나사못을 마루(114)의 직경에 해당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 장치는 다음의 사실 즉, 롯드(20 혹은 21)가 전술한 홈의 바닥안에 놓일때, 암나사(30)의 높이는 롯드(20 혹은 21)의 홈(113 혹은 152)에서 입구를 분리해주는 거리와 대략 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본 장치는 암나사의 기초(32)가 비스듬하게 배치된 톱니(331)를 포함하는 반면에, 암나사(30)의 머리가 원형으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 본 장치는 암나사(30)의 톱니(331)의 절단면은 직각 삼각형의 모양을 갖는데, 직각 삼각형의 기초는 암나사(30)의 기초와 섞이는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 본 장치는 암나사를 죄어서 압축해내기 위해서 암나사(30)에 가해진 선회방향쪽으로 직각 삼각형 빗변을 서러정하는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 장치는 비스듬히 배치된 톱니(331)가 암나사(30)의 속에서 동심원(332)에 따라 홈이 파이는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 장치는 받침대로 사용되는 롯드(20 혹은 21)는 그 전체 길이에 홈이 파이는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제1항 또느 제2항에 있어서, 장치는 다음의 내용으로 특징져진다. 즉, 후크(15)의 임플랜트(10)의 몸체(110)안에 만들어진 홈(113 혹은 152)의 바닥은 반원통의 흔적을 포함하는데, 그 윤곽은 받침롯트(20) 위에 만들어진 마루의 윤곽에 해당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장치는 임플랜트(10)가 순수 티탄(Ti) 혹은 이식할 수 있는 되탄이 섞인 혼합물로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 장치는 임플랜트이 TiA16U4로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장치는 다음의 내용으로 특정져진다. 즉, 골이파인 횡단(40)위에 유동적인 재갈(51,52,53)을 확실히 이동해 주면서, 암나사(60)의 작동바퀴(61)를 회전시키는 끝없는 나사(70)는 열쇠 혹은 나사 돌리개를 매개로 해서 작동케 해주는 흔적(71)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추의 신장, 압박, 고정 및 교정장치.
