제3도는 본 발명에 의한 안전 장치의 특히 개략적인 전체도로서, 격자는 측 단면도로서 특정의 응용이 도시되어 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 각기 열쇠 또는 카드(6)를 받아들이기에 적합한 복수의 구멍 및/또는 창(2,3)을 가지며, 구멍 및/또는 창의 적어도 1개(2)는 적당한 열쇠의 삽입에대한 감지수단(10,11)과 조합되고, 개/폐 또는 시정/해정의 지령수단(17내지 20)에 접속되어 있고, 그외의 구멍 또는 창(3)은 그러한 수단을 결하여도 좋으나, 바람직하기로는 경보수단(21) 및/또는 개/폐 및/또는 시정/해정 장치의 무효와 수단에 접속되고, 전기적 수단에 조합된 플랩(4)이 모든 구멍 또는 창(2,3)의 입구에 또한 설치되고, 경보기(21) 및/또는 장치의 무효화 수단에도 접속될수 있는 열쇠 또는 카드를 사용하는 안전 장치에 있어서, 상기 플랩(4)이 이들 플랩이 순차 작동함에 의해 코드화 수단으로서 유용하고, 이로써 발생된 코드의 식별수단(c)과 조합해서 개/폐 또는 시정/해정의 지령의 승인을 제공할 목적으로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열쇠 또는 카드 혹은 열쇠 및 카드를 이용하는 안전 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 장치가, 최초의 사용시에 플랩(4)에 의해서 만들어지는 개인화 프로그래밍에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플랩(4)이 이들 플랩(4)의 작동, 다음에 정상으로 승인된 사용자에 의한 “옳은”구멍 또는 “옳은”창(2)으로의 열쇠 또는 카드(6)의 삽입에 의해서 코드를 형성할 수 있도록 어떤 시간후에 밖에 경보기(21) 및/또는 무효화를 작동시키지 않도록 설치된 지연수단에 조합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
  4. 장치가, 1개 또는 복수의 구멍(15) 또는 노치(28)등을 구비하고 있는 적어도 1개의 열쇠 또는 카드(6)를 가지며, 한편 1개 또는 복수개의 “옳은”구멍 또는 “옳은”창이, 열쇠 또는 (6)의 구멍(15) 또는 노치(28)의 배치와 대응하는 배치를 가진 광선등의 발광수단(10) 및 광 수신수단(11)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열쇠 또는 카드를 이용하는 안전 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발광 수단(10) 및 광 수신수단(11)이 구멍 또는 창(4)의 입구의 수방에 설치된, 열쇠 또는 카드(6)를 받아들이기 위한, 바람직하기로는 관형의 안내부(7)에 배치되며, 안내부에는 전기 발광수단(10) 및 광 수신 수단(11)으로부터 전기 공급을 보급하는 적어도 1개의 감지 수단(14)이 배치되며, 그 감지수단(14) 자신이, 구멍 또는 창(2,3)으로의 열쇠 또는 카드(6)의 삽입에 의해서 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열쇠 또는 카드를 이용하는 안전 장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 장치가, 중공의 외측 요소(22) 및 내측 요소(23)로 이루어지는 2중 열쇠를 가지며, 그 내측 요소(23)는, 전기 외측 요소(22)의 구멍(24) 이 구멍(2)내에서 발생된 광선을 통과시키도록 내측 요소(23)의 대응하는 구멍(25)과 일치하도록 미리 정해진 관계 위치를 미리 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열쇠를 사용하는 안전 장치.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 장치가, 회전 두부(27)를 구비한, 바람직하기로는 원통형의 축(26)을 가진 열쇠를 보유하며, 축(26)이 구멍(2)내에 발생된 광선을 통과시키도록 구멍, 노치등(28)을 설치하고, 회전 두부(27)가 각도 위치 일치 표시를 제공할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치가, 플랩(4)에 의해서만이 아니라 정해진 위치 또는 방향으로 열쇠 또는 카드(6)를 구멍 또는 창(2,3)에 삽입함에 의해서도 개인화 코드의 프로그래밍에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
  9. 각기 열쇠 또는 카드(6)를 받아들이기에 적합한 복수의 구멍 및/또는 창(2,3)을 가지며, 구멍 및/또는 창의 적어도 1개(2)는 적당한 열쇠 또는 카드(2)의 삽입에 대한 감지수단(10,11)과 조합되며 개/폐 또는 시정/해정의 지령수단(17내지 20)에 접속되어 있고, 다른 구멍 또는 창(3)은 이러한 수단을 결하여도 좋으나, 바람직하기로는, 경보수단(21) 및/또는 개/폐 및/또는 시정/해정 장치의 무효화 수단에 접속되는 열쇠 또는 카드를 이용하는, 혹은 열쇠와 카드를 이용하는 안전장치에 있어서 모든 구멍 또는 창(2,3)의 입구에, 특히 열쇠 또는 카드(4)의 접근에 의해서 코드를 구성할수 있는 전기장, 전파 또는 음파를 발생시키기에 적합한 구성 요소가 배치되어 있는 열쇠 또는 카드를 이용하는 안전 장치.
