유동성이 향상된 폴리올레핀 및 비닐클로라이드 중합체기재 조성물, 이의 합성 방법 및 용도
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 시험예 1 및 2의 혼합물 및 K값이 57인 PVC의 용융 점도를 나타낸다.
제2도는 2500배로 확대한 본 발명에 따르는 혼합물의 알갱이를 나타낸다.
제3도는 5000배로 확대한, 비닐 클로라이드로 그라프트된 어떠한 α-모노올레핀 3원 중합체도 없는 PVC/PP 혼합물의 알갱이를 나타낸다.

Claims (15)

1종 이상의 비닐 클로라이드 중합체, 1종 이상의 폴리올레핀 및 비닐 클로라이드로 그라프트된 1종 이상의 α-모노올레핀 3원 중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 유동성이 향상된 폴리올레핀 및 비닐 클로라이드 중합체기재 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 1 내지 100중량부, 폴리올레핀 1 내지 100중량부 및 비닐 클로라이드로 그라프트된 α-모노올레핀 3원 중합체 2 내지 30중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드 그라프트된 α-모노올레핀 3원 중합체가 에틸렌 51 내지 96중량%, 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트(여기에서, 알킬은 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 지닌다) 3 내지 40중량% 및 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물 1 내지 9중량%를 함유하는 골격 3원 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제3항에 있어서, 그라프트된 중합체 내의 골격 3원 중합체의 비율이 2% 내지 98%, 바람직하게는 60 내지 95%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 그라프트가 비닐 클로라이드 동종 중합체 또는 공중합체를 필수 성분으로 하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제5항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드와 중합 가능한 공단량체의 양이 25중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제3항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드로 그라프트된 α-모노올레핀 3원 중합체가 에틸렌, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 말레산 무수물을 비닐 클로라이드로 그라프트시킨 3원 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제1또는 2항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드 중합체가 괴상중합, 현탁중합, 유탁중합, 미소현탁중합, 또는 현탁된 유탁 중합하여 수득한 비닐 클로라이드 동종 중합체 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제8항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드와 공중합 가능한 단량체가 비닐아세테이트, 비닐리덴 클로라이드, 아크릴로니트릴, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 및/또는 아크릴산, 푸마르산, 말레산 및/또는 이타콘산의 에스테르 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제8항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 클로라이드가 비닐 클로라이드 동종 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제1또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 일반식 CH2=CH-W(식중, W는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 치환 가능한 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타낸다)의 모노올레핀으로 된 동종 중합체 및/또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제11항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 프로필렌 동종 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
제11항에 있어서, 폴리을레핀이 에틸렌 동종 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
용융 상태에서 각종 성분들을 혼합하여 제1항 내지 13항에서 청구된 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
사출 성형시켜 성형품을 제조하는, 제1항 내지 13항에 청구된 조성물의 용도.
