Claims (5)

  1. 다음식 :
    로 표시되는 트리아진 티올의 4차 암모늄 염 유도체와 플루오로고무로 이루어진 경화가능 고무 조성물로부터 유도되고 니켈제품 또는 니켈-도금 금속제품에 접착되는 경화 고무층 및 니켈제품 또는 니켈-도금 금속제품으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 고무 복합체, 상기식에서, R1은 -SH, -OR′, -SR′, -NH′ 또는 -N(R′)2이고 여기서 R′는 1 내지 20탄소원자를 가지는 알킬기, 2 내지 20탄소원자를 가지는 알케닐기, 페닐기, 7 내지 20탄소원자를 가지는 아르알킬기 또는 3 내지 20 탄소원자를 가지는 시클로알킬기이고; R2는 독립적으로 R′에 대해 제시된 것들로부터 선택되는 기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아진 티올의 4차 암모늄 염 유도체의 양은 플루오로고무 100중량부당 0.01 내지 5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 복합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아진 티올의 4차암모늄 염 유도체의 양은 플루오로고무 100중량부장 0.5 내지 2중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 복합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아진 티올의 4차 암모늄 염 유도체는 1,3,5-트리아진-2,4,6-트리티올, 6-아닐리노-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4-디티올, 6-디부틸아미노-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4-디티올, 6-디알릴아미노-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4-디티올 및 6-옥틸아미노-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4-디티올로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 디-또는 트리-티올-트리아진과, 테트라에틸암모늄 브로마이드, 테트라부틸암모늄 클로라이드, 테트라부틸암모늄 요오다이드, 세틸디메틸에틸암모늄 브로마이드, 세틸피리디늄 클로라이드, 세틸피리디늄 설페이트, 트리메틸벤질암모늄 보레이트 및 1,8-디아자-비시클로(5,4,0) -운데센-7-메틸암모늄 메타설페이트로 구성되는 구성으로 군으로부터 선택되는 4차 암모늄 염을 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 복합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로고무는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 텍사플루오라이드 및 퍼플루오로비닐에테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 불포화 플루오린-함유 단량체의 단일중합체, 이들 불포화 플루오린-함유 단량체의 공중합체 또는 공중합 가능 단량체와 이들 불포화 플루오린-함유 단량체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 복합체.
