제3도는 니이더(kneader)로서 당해분야에 공지된 압출기 스크루 요소를 도시하고,
제4도 및 제4a도는 블리스터(blister)로서 당해분야에 공지된 압출기 스크루 요소를 도시하며,
제5도는 전형적인 스크루 프로파일을 도시한다.
Claims (11)
- (a) 탄성중합체 및 플라스틱의 단량체 전구체들을 혼합장치에 공급하고, (b) 상기 탄성중합체 및 상기 단량체를 상기 혼합장치에서 격렬하게 혼합하고, (c) 혼합 공정시에 상기 단량체의 중합을 개시(이로써, 상기 단량체들은 상기 공정에 의해서 생성된 중합체의 융점이 상기 탄성중합체의 혼합 온도를 초과하여 고형화될때까지 계속해서 중합된다)하는 단계들을 포함하는, 탄성중합체 물질을 강화시키는데 적합한 형태로 탄성 중합체 물질내에 플라스틱을 동일 반응계에서 연속적으로 중합시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 탄성중합체 물질 및 단량체가 연속적으로 공급되고/되거나 혼합되는 영역에 배치된 배럴 부분 및 압출기 스크루를 갖는 2축 스크루 압출기를 사용하여 탄성중합체 물질과 단량체의 혼합물을 제공하고, (b) 초기 혼합단계의 흐름에 따라 상기 혼합물에 개시제를 계속해서 가하고, (c) 상기 혼합물과 개시제를 혼합하는, 상기 탄성중합체 물질과 상기 단량체를 연속적으로 혼합하는 단계들을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 그라프트제를 상기 혼합물에 가하여 상기 탄성중합체와 상기 플라스틱을 화학적으로 결합시켜 상기 탄성중합체 및 상기 플라스틱의 용해도 또는 습윤성을 개선시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체를 천연 고무, 네오프렌 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 폴리부타디엔 고무, 합성 폴리이소프렌 고무, NBR EPDM 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택하고, 선택된 중합체의 상기 단량체 전구체를 폴리아라미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레아, 폴리우레탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체가 폴리이소프렌이고, 상기 플라스틱 전구체가 HMDA 및 MDI이고, 상기 혼합 영역의 온도를 120℃ 내지 170℃로 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체를 폴리이소프렌으로 선택하고, 상기 플라스틱 전구체를 디올 및 디이소시아네이트로 선택하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 영역의 온도를 120℃ 내지 170℃로 유지시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체를 폴리이소프렌으로 선택하고, 상기 플라스틱 전구체를 디올 및 디아민으로 선택하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 영역의 온도를 120℃ 내지 170℃로 유지시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체를 폴리이소프렌으로 선택하고, 상기 플라스틱 전구체를 이산 및 디이민으로 선택하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 혼합 영역의 온도를 120℃ 내지 170℃로 유지시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 동일 반응게에서 중합된 플라스틱이 혼입된 탄성중합체 매트릭스를 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 복합물질.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 매트릭스가 천연 고무, 네오프렌 고무, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, EPDM 고무, 폴리부타디엔 고무, NBR, 이소프렌 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 고무를 포함하고, 상기 동일 반응계에서 중합된 플라스틱이 폴리아라미드, 폴리 아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 및 폴리우레아를 포함하는 탄성중합체 복합물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
