Claims (23)

  1. 여과기용 앤드캡에 있어서, 열가소성재로 된 제1,2부재가 인접하여 동심으로 이루어지며, 상기 제1부재는 외주홈의 제1측면과 베이스를 형성하고, 상기 제2부재가 외주홈의 제2측면을 형성하며, 상기 외주홈의 영역에서 상기 부재들 사이 및 주위를 확장하는 접합수단에 의해서 상기 제1,2부재가 상호 접하되도록 하며, 상기 외주홈은 유체를 밀폐하기 위한 실링재가 끼워지는 베이스와 매끈한 측면을 가지는 소정 크기로 형성되며, 관상체를 캡핑하여 유체를 밀폐하는 방식으로서 그 일단면이 관상의 여과기 일단에 결합되어질 수 있는 형태로 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외주홈의 베이스를 이루는 제1부재의 일부분은 외주홈의 제2측면을 이루는 상기 제2부재의 일부분과 서로 맞물릴 수 있는 표면을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 접합수단은 상기 표면사이에서 접합되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2부재의 표면이 방사형으로 연장한 환형면으로 형성되고 있으며, 상기 접합수단은 상기 환형면들 사이에서 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접합수단은 상기 제1,2부재의 표면사이에서 수행되는 초음파 용접이고, 상기 표면들 중의 하나는 상기 초음파용접을 하기 전에 에너지 유도자에의해 용접을 국한하기 위해 에너지유도자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재의 표면은 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면이고, 상기 제2부재의 표면은 방사상으로 신장하는 표면이며, 상기 표면사이에 접합점이 있도록 상기 제1,2부재의 표면중 적어도 하나의 표면에 에너지 유도자가 마련되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 유도자가 삼각형 단면을 가지는 환형의 리브로 형성되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기용 엔드캡.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외주홈과 접합재 사이에, 상기 접합재가 외주홈에 도달하지 못하도록 격벽이 마련되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 외주홈의 베이스를 형성하는 상기 제1부재가 상기 제2부재의 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면과 결합하는 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면을 포함하며, 상기 접합수단이 상기 표면들 사이에 있고, 상기 격벽이 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면에 의하여 상기 접합수단과 외주홈 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재는 상기 제1부재에 방사상의 축방향으로 연장한 표면을 제공하는 환형의 내측으로 향하는 래빗으로 형성되고, 상기 제2부재는 상기 제2부재의 환형의 방사상으로 연장한 표면으로 형성되고 상기 래빗속으로 돌출하는 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재는 방사상으로 연장한 종단면과 내,외면을 가지는 환형벽을 포함하고, 상기 내면과 종단면사이에 래빗이 형성되도록 하고 상기 외벽면이 외면이 상기 외주홈의 베이스가 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2부재는 그 일단에 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면을 포함하고, 상기 표면은 상기 환형벽의 종단면이 수용되는 환형의 채널을 포함하며, 상기 제2부재의 표면은 또한 상기 래빗에 수용되는 환형의 돌출턱과 상기 래빗의 표면에 접합되어질 수 있는 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면이 마련되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재는 내,외면을 가지는 환형벽을 포함하여 이루어지고 상기 방사상 신장하는 환형면이 상기 내,외면 사이의 상기 벽의 단부에 마련되며, 상기 제2부재의 방사상으로 신장하는 환형면이 그 일단부에 마련되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 접합이 초음파용접이며, 초음파용접전에 접합점의 위치를 결정하는 에너지 유도자를 상기 표면들 중의 한 표면에 마련하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 유도자가 삼가단면을 가지는 환형의 리브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 유도자의 삼각단면이 정삼각형이나 직각삼각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재가 일단에 방사상으로 외측으로 돌출한 플랜지를 가지는 환형의 몸체부와, 이 몸체부의 외측 환형면과 소정 간격 이격되어 평행으로 상기 플랜지로부터 연장하고 일단에서 끝나는 환형벽으로 이루어지고, 상기 벽의 단부는 상기 제2부재를 결합하여 상기 환형벽의 내면과 몸체부의 외면사이에 환형의 캐비티가 형성되도록 하고, 보강링이 상기 캐비티에 마련되어 상기 환형벽의 외면이 상기 외주홈의 베이스를 이루며이 캐비티와 보강링의 축길이가 상기 베이스의 축길이와 적어도 같도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제2부재와 이웃하여 상기 제1,2부재와 동심으로 마련되는 제3부재를 마련하여서, 상기 제2,3부재중 어느 한 부재가 제2외주홈의 베이스 및 제1측면을 이루도록 하고, 다른 부재가 제2외주홈의 제2측면을 이루도록 하며, 상기 제2부재는 상기 제1부재의 외면으로부터 이격된 내부환형면을 포함하고, 상기 제2부재의 단부로부터 내측으로 향하는 계단까지, 상기 캐비티와 보강링의 축길이가 제1 및 제2외주홈들의 베이스들의 축길이와 최소한 같도록 캐비티를 신장하는 제2부재의 단부들을 구비하여 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합이 솔벤트 접합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합이 마찰용접으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 보강링이 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 보강링이 열가소성재인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드캡.
  22. 제1항에 청구된 엔드캡에 접합되어질 수 있는 적어도 하나의 개구단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상의 여과기.
  23. 제20항에 따르는 엔드캡과 이에 접합하는 적어도 하나의 일단을 가지는 제22항에 청구된 관상의 여과기에있어서, 상기 엔드캡과 관상의 여과기사이의 접합과 엔드캡의 부재들 사이의 접합이 엔드캡내에 보강링을 감싸도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
