Claims (7)

  1. 기계적 분산후의 최대 입자 크기가 0.1내지 5㎛인 디부틸틸 옥사이드, 및 분산 매질로서 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 및/또는, 경우에 따라, 디부틸틴 옥사이드에 대해 화학적으로 불활성인 유기 용매에 용해되는 활성화 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 경화 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 디부틸틸 옥사이드 함량이 주석 함량 및 분산 매질중의 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여 5내지 30중량%, 바람직하게는 10내지 20중량%인 디부틸틸 옥사이드 제제.
  2. 우레탄 교환반응 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응에 의해 가교 결합될 수 있는 양이온성 페인트 결합제의 가교결합 반응을 촉매화하는 제1항에 따른 디부틸틸 옥사이드 제제의 용도.
  3. 결합제 고체를 기준으로 하여 주석 0.1내지 3.0중량% 바람직하게는 0.5내지 1.5중량%를 제1항에 따른 디부틸틴 옥사이드 제제의 형태로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 우레탄 교환 반응 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응에 의해 가교 결합될 수 있는 양이온성 페인트 결합제를 기본으로 하는 촉매화된 양이온성 페인트, 특히 음극 침착성 전기 피복 페인트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 필수 결합제 성분으로서 양이온성의 개질된 에폭시 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매화된 양이온성 페인트.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 필수 결합제 성분으로서 양이온성 아크릴레이트 공중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매화된 양이온성 페인트.
  6. 자동차용 부식 방지 하도제로서의 제4항에 따른 페인트의 용도.
  7. 가정용 기구용의 파스텔톤 단일-피복(one-coat)페인트 또는 사상(top-coat)페인트로서의 제5항에 따른 페인트의 용도.
