Claims (9)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 세미카바자이드,상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1-C5알킬, C2-C5알케닐, C1-C5알콕시 또는 페닐이거나, R1및 R2는 결합된 질소원자와 함께 모르폴리노 또는 피페라지닐을 형성하고, p는 0또는 1이며, p가 1인 경우, Q는 일반식(2)(여기서, R3은 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 할로겐이고, m은 0,1,2또는 3이며, q는 1이다)의 라디칼이거나, p가 0인 경우, Q는 일반식(3)의 라디칼 또는 일반식(3a)의 라디칼(여기서, R4는 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 할로겐이고, M은 수소 또는 알칼리이고, A는 -NH-,-O-또는 -SO2-이며, q 및 r은 0또는 1이지만, 동시에 0은 아니다)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 C1-C5알킬이거나, 결합된 질소원자와 함께 모르폴리노 환을 형성하고, Q가 일반식(2a)의 2가 라디칼인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 세미카바자이드.상기식에서, R6은 C1-C5알킬이고, M,m 및 q는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1및R2가 C1-C5알킬이고, Q가 구조식(2b)의 2가 라디칼인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 세미카바자이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q가 일반식(3b)의 1가 라디칼인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 세미카바자이드.상기식에서, R5는 C1-C5알킬 또는 할로겐이고, M은 수소 또는 알칼리이며, A는 -SO2-또는 -O-이다.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, R1및R2가 C1-C5알킬이고, Q가 일반식(3c)의 1가 라디칼인 일반식(1)의 세미카바자이드.상기식에서, M은 수소 또는 나트륨이다.
- 하기 반응도식에 따라서 1,1′-카보닐디이미다졸 1몰을 -20내지+20℃의 온도범위에서 무수 매질 및 극성, 비양자성 수혼화성 용매의 존재하에 일반식의 하이드라진 1몰과 반응시키고, 연속적으로 중간체를 -10내지 +80℃의 온도범위에서 극성, 수혼화성 용매중에서 또는 용매와 물의 혼합물을 사용하여 일반식 Q-NH2의 화합물 1몰 또는 일반식 HN2-Q-NH2의 화합물 0.5몰과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 제1항에서 청구한 세미카바자이드를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1내지, R4, M, Q, m 및 q는 제1항에서 정의한 바와같다.
- 하기 반응도식에 따라 일반식의 하이드라진 1몰을 일반식 Q′-NCO의 이소시아네이트 1몰 또는 일반식 OCN-Q"-NCO의 디이소아네이트 0.5몰과 반응시키고, Q′가 라디칼이고, Q''가 라디칼인 경우 생성된 중간체를 바람직하게는 클로로설폰산으로 설폰화시키고, Q′가 라디칼고, Q"가 라디칼인 경우는, 중간체를 가수분해하여 최종 생성물을 수득함을 특징으로 하여, R4가 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-C5알킬인 제1항에서 청구한 세미카바자이드를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, m 및 q는 제1항에서 정의한 바와같고, Q"은 라디칼또는 라디칼이고, Q"은 라디칼또는 라디칼
- 폴리아미드 섬유 재료 및 이로부터 수득된 염색물을 광화학적 및 열적으로 안정화시키기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 수용성 세미카바자이드의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 세미카바자이드로 처리한 섬유 재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
