광파이버 커플러의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시에 사용되는 광파이버 커플러의 제조장치의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 사용하는 분기비 SR과 설정연신속도Vφ의 관계의 일예를 표시한 도면, 제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 사용되는 버어너의 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 복수개의 광파이버의 일부를 밀착시켜서 커플러형성부를 구성하고, 이 커플러형성부를 가열ㆍ연신해서 이루어지는 광파이버커플러의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 광파이버에 일정한 인장력을 가하면서 연신하고, 또한, 가열원에 공급하는 화염용 가스용량을 상기 연신속도와 미리 설정된 연신속도와의 차이에 비례하는 양만큼 증감하면서 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버커플러의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열ㆍ연신중에 커플러의 분기비를 특정하고, 설정연신속도를 분기비의 함수로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버커플러의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분기비가 최종목표치에 가까와짐에 따라서 연신속도가 0에 가까와지는 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버커플러의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열원이 광파이버의 축방향을 따르는 복수의 가스분출구를 가진 버어너이고, 가열중에는 버어너가 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버커플러의 제조방법.
