Claims (1)

  1. 몸체(8) 상에서 모터(M)가 직립식으로 설치되어 커플링(10)에 의해 회전축(4)에 연결되며 상기 회전축(4)은 지지구(13)에축 설치하고 상기 몸체(8) 내부의 진공실(20)에서 찹쌀을 혼합시키며 고정구(5)에 의해 회전축(4)에서 간격 유지축(11)상.하에 각각 고정되는 한쌍의 교반축(6)과, 상기 회전축(4)의 상측에서 간격 유지축(11)과 하측에서 연결봉(12)에 의해나사식 고정되며 진공실(20)의 내벽과 저면에서 간격 유지가 가능하도록 설치된 교반편(7)과, 상기 몸체(8)의 지면과 외면을 감싸며 스팀으로 내부를 가열하거나 물에 의해 냉각 시키는 가열 재킷(9)으로 구성시켜 찹쌀을 익힌후 일정 농도로혼합시켜 죽을 만들어 혼합 공정시에 공급하도록 구성시킨 고추장용 찹쌀죽의 가공 및 공급장치.
