제1도는 사료에 의한 계란의 난황내 오메가-3 지방산 함량의 강화를 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (2)
- 닭, 오리, 메추리, 칠면조, 꿩 등 산란용 가금류에게 표 2에서 제시한 바와 같이 오메가 -3 지방산이 다량 함유된 특수 사료원료, 즉 아마인 종실과 아마인 기름, 카놀라 채종실, 채종유, 들깨씨와 들깨기름, 검음 참깨기름, 겨자유, 어유, 어즙, 텅유, 해초, 호도기름 및 밀배아유 등을 1-45%포함시킨 사료를 배합제조하고 이들 가금류에게 급여하여 알중에 오메가-3 지방산이 알 100g당 0.17g이상 함유하도록하여 고혈압, 심장질환, 당뇨병 등을 예방함을 특징으로 하는 오메가란의 생산방법.
- 닭, 오리, 메추리, 칠면조, 꿩 등 고기생산을 목적으로 하는 가금류에게 표2에서 제시한 바와 같이 오메가-3지방산이 다량 함유된 특수 사료원료, 즉 아마인 종실과 아마인 기름, 카놀라 채종실, 채종유, 들깨씨와 기름, 검음 참깨기름, 겨자유, 어유, 어즙, 텅유, 해초, 호도기름 및 밀배아유 등을 1-45%포함시킨 사료를 배합 제조하고 이들 가금류에게 급여하여 가슴 부위살을 기준으로 오메가 -3지방산의 조성이 총 지방산의 11.5%이상되도록하여 고혈압, 심장질환, 당뇨병 등을 예방함을 특징으로 하는 오메가 가금육의 생산 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
