Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 초기에는 고체 형태인 디페닐알칸 및 브롬화촉매를 함유하는 반응용기에(Ⅰ) 약 10ppm이하의 불순물을 함유하고 (Ⅱ)공급된 디페닐알칸 몰당 18∼30몰을 제공하는 양으로 충전되도록 브롬을 공급함으로써 교반성 반응매스를 형성하고; 공급증 반응매스를 약 15℃이하의 온도로 유지하고; 공급후에 반응매스 온도를 50∼60℃로 하고; 반응매스에서 데카브로모디페닐알칸이 주성분인 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는, 데카브로모디페닐알칸이 주성분이며 평균 브롬수가 약 9.0이상인 생성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물이 약90+중량%의 데카브로모디페닐알칸을 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디페닐알칸 반응물이 디페닐탄인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디페닐알칸 반응물이 약2중량% 미만의 불순물을 함유하고, 브롬의 충전량이 디페닐알칸 1몰당 브롬 20∼28몰을 제공하며, 브롬 공급후 달성된 반응매스 온도가 5분∼5시간 유지되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응매스를 증기스트리핑하여 반응매스에서 비-비말동반 브롬을 제거함으로써 생성물을 회수하고, 회수한 생성물을 수성 염기로 세척하여 존재할 수 있는 HBr을 중화하고, 세척된 생성물을 킬레이트제로 처리하여 불활성화된 촉매를 용이하게 제거하고, 처리된 생성물을 수성 매질로 세척하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수성 매질로 세척한 생성물이 95+중량%의 데카브로모디페닐알칸을 함유하고, 더 처리되어 비말동반 브롬을 제거하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 수성 매질로 세척한 생성물이 약70℃이상의 온도로 가열되어 비말동반 브롬을 방출하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 수성 매질로 세척한 생성물이 약180℃이상에서 Na2SO3에 대한 Na2CO3의 몰비 약 3:1을 갖는 Na2CO3및 Na2SO3의 수성 처리액과 접촉되는 방법.
  9. 브롬 및 브롬화 촉매를 함유하는 반응용기에 고체 디페닐알칸을 공급함으로써 교반성 반응매스를 형성하고; 공급중 반응매스를 약 15℃이하의 온도로 유지하고; 공급후에 반응매스 온도를 50∼60℃로 하고; 반응매스에서 데카브로모디페닐알칸이 주성분인 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는, 데카브로모디페닐알칸이 주성분이며 평균 브롬수가 약9.0이상인 생성물의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 디페닐알칸 반응물이 디페닐에탄이고, 반응용기내의 브롬의 양이 디페닐알칸 1몰당 브롬 20∼28몰을 제공하는 것이며, 데카브로모디페닐알칸이 주성분인 생성물이 200∼250℃에서 6∼20시간 오븐-시효화되는 방법.
