본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 전방 상부로부터 본 등각 사시도이다. 제3도는 새로운 회전자 구조체와 스위칭 트랜지스터의 위치를 나타내는 분해사시도이다. 제4도는 제1도에서 4-4방향으로부터 본 상부 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 영구 형식의 구동자석을 가진회전자와 상기 회전자 둘레의 고정자 코일을 가지는 직류 브러시리스 모터에 있어서, a)고정자 코일을 포함하는 모터몸체, b)상기 모터 몸체에 회전 가능하게 고정되며, 그 둘레에 부착된 다수의 영구형식의 구동자석을 가지는 코어를 포함하는 회전자, c)상기 회전자의 한쪽 단부에 위치되며, 상기 회전자의 상기 코어부분에 형성된 고리형상의 그루우브, 와 d)상기 그루우브내에 극히 작은 틈새를 가지고 위치된 상기 모터 몸체에 움직이지 않게 장착되며, 모터를 구동시키며 코어 재질에 의해 상기 트랜지스터를 통하여 상기 트랜지스터의 대향면에 집중되어 방향이 잡혀지는 동일한 회전자 자석의 자장에 의해 단독으로 여자되는 다스의 정류 트랜지스터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러시리스 모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 철자기 재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러시리스 모터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 철인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류브러시리스 모터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터가 홀작용식 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 브러시리스 모터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 홀 작용 트랜지스터가 상기 모터 몸체에 풀 수 있게 부착된 장탈 가능한 단부 플레이트의 내면에 움직이지 않게 장착되는 것을 특징으로하는 직류 브러시리스 모터.
