Description

비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크
제1도는 종래의 덱크에 드럼베이스가 설치되는 상태의 분리사시도.
제2도는 이 발명에 따른 드럼베이스 일체형 덱크의 사시도.

본 발명은 비디오 테이프 레코더(VTR)의 덱크(Deck)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱상세하게는 드럼이 설치되는 드럼베이스의 안착면과 폴베이스의 가이드로울러를 지지하는 스톱퍼가 일체로 형성된 덱크에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 제1도에 나타낸 바와같이, 덱크(1)에 드럼을 설치하기 위한 구멍(2)과 폴베이스 가이드홈(3a),(3b)을 형성하고, 양측에 폴베이스의 가이드로울러 스톱퍼(4a),(4b)가 형성되고 드럼안착면(5a)이 형성된 별도의 드럼베이스(5)를 성형하되, 상기 덱크(1)상에 드럼베이스(5)를 고정부재로 고정시킨다음, 상기 드럼베이스(5)의 안착면(5a)에 드럼(도시않음)을 장착시켰던 것이었다.
그러나, 상기의 드럼베이스 분리형 덱크는 안착면(5a)과 스톱퍼(4a),(4b)가 일체로 형성된 드럼베이스(5)를 별도로 제작해야하므로 제작공정수가 증가됨은 물론 덱크(1)에 드럼베이스(5)를 고정하기 위한 조립공정이 증가하게 되었고, 구조가 복잡하여 성형제작에 어려움이 있으며, 특히, 드럼이 안착되는 부위는 정밀도를 유지 해야하므로 정밀가공으로 인한 가공비가 상승하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이 발명은 상기의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 이 발명의 목적은 덱크에 설치되는 부품을 단일화함으로써 작업공정수를 줄이어 원가절감을 할 수있고, 장치가 간단한 구조로 이루어질수 있는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크를 제공하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 이 발명의 특징은 드럼 및 테이프의 주행계를 이루는 부품들이 설치되어지는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크에 있어서, 상기 드럼을 안착시켜 고정할 수 있는 안착며과 테이프를 드럼으로 안내하는 폴베시의 가이드로울러를 지지해주는 스톱퍼가 덱크에 일체로 형성된 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크에 있다.
이하, 이 발명에 따른 일실시예를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하다.
제2도 및 제3도는 이 발명의 사시도 및 여부단면도로서, 드럼(10)의 일정각도 기울어져 안착될 있도록 경사진 안착면(11)과 가이드홈(12a),(12b)을 따라 안내되는 폴베이스의 가이드로울러를 지지할 수 있도록 돌출된 스톱퍼(13a), (13b)가 덱크(14)에 일체로 성형 된다. 상기와 같은 드럼 베이스 일체형 덱크ㄷ의 안착면(11)과 스톱퍼(13a),(13b)는 프레스로 피어싱(Piercing) 및 블랭킹(Blanking)하여 형성할수도 있고, 아웃서트(Out Sert) 몰딩(Molding) 혹은 다이캐스팅으로 형성할수 있는 것은 용이하게 이해 가능한 것이다.
이와같은 이 발명은 드럼(10)의 안착면(11)과 가이드로울러의 스톱퍼(13a),(13b)가 덱크(14)에 일체로 형성됨으로써, 부품의 단일화를 이룰수 있고 장치의 단순구조화를 이룰수 있게된다. 따라서 부품수절감 및 제조공정의 단축으로 원가를 절감할시킬수 있고 장치의 단순구조화로 장치를 경량화할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 드럼 및 테이프의 주행계를 이루는 부품들이 설치되어지는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크에 있어서, 상기 드럼(10)의 안착시켜 고정할 수 있는 안착면(110과 테이프를 드럼으로 안내하는 폴베이스의 가이드 로울러를 지지해주는 스톱퍼(13a),(13b)가 덱크(14)에 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안착면(11)과 스톱퍼(13a),(13b)가 프레스에 의한 피어싱 및 블랭킹으로 형성된 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안착면(11)과 스톱퍼(13a),(13b)가 아웃서트몰딩 혹은 다이캐스팅으로 형성된 비디오 테이프 레코더의 덱크.
