제3도는 본 발명에 의한 기상중합장치에 설치된 상부취입장치의 A-A'단면(제2도에 표시하였음)에서의 단면도, 제3도(a)는 단면이 삼각형인 경우의 상부취입장치의 단면도의 한가지 예, 제3도(b)는 단면이 육각형인 경우의 상부취입장치의 단면도의 한가지 예, 제3도(c)는 단면이 사각형인 경우의 상부취입장치의 단면도의 한가지 예, 제3도(d)는 단면이 육각형인 경우의 상부취입장치의 단면도의 한가지 예, 제3도(e)는 단면이 원형인 경우의 상부취입장치의 단면도의 한가지 예.
Claims (4)
- 유동층(2)을 부분을 보유하는 기상중합조(1)에 있어서, 중합조상부에 순환가스통로(3)를 보유하고, 중합저조부에 가스분산판(7)으로 구획된 순환가스도입로(5) 및 신규원료도입로(6a)(6b)(6c)를 보유하는 가스실(4)이 설치되고, 가스분사판 상부의 유동층(2)부분에는 생성중합체 배출통로(9), 중합용촉매공급통로(8)를 보유하며, 또 유동층의 높이를 L, 중합조의 내경을 D, 가스분산판을 기준으로한 임의의 높이를 ℓ로 하였을때, 식(1) (2) (3)0<ℓL< (1)0.4<ℓ/D1.8 (2)0.7L/D2.0 (3)을 만족하는 높이 ℓ의 위치에 순환가스의 일부 및/또는 신규공급원료의 일부 혹은 전량을 유동층부분으로 취입하는 상부취입장치(10)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기상중합장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부취입장치(10)의 형상의 환상(環狀) 또는 다각형상이고, 그 취입관의 단면이 원형 또는 다각형상이며, 또한 측면 및 상부방향으로 취입구멍을 보유하는 것은 특징으로 하는 기상중합장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상부취입장치(10)가 상부취입가스량의 적어도 5체적%이상을 그 중합조(1)의 벽면방향으로 취입할수 있는 취입구멍을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기상중합장치.
- 전기한 기상중합장치를 사용해서, 상부취입장치(10)에 전체순환가스의 0-20중량%, 신규공급원료의 0-100중량%를 도입하며, 상기 취입장치에 도입된 원료의 중량이 전체순환가스의 30중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 기상중합장치의 운전방법.* 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
