Claims (4)

  1. 반응실로부터 배출되는 가스로부터 반응실 내로 재순환될 고체를 분리시키고, 반응실 내에 설치된 열전달 표면에 의하여 반응기로부터 열을 제거하여 순환 유동상 장치의 작동을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 재순환되는 고체는 다른 높이에서 반응기 내로 도입되고 유동화 고체의 원하는 분산밀도가 얻어져 반응기 내의 다른 높이 영역에서 원하는 열전달이 이루어지도록 각 고체 유동이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 반응실로부터 배출되는 가스에 함유된 고체를 분리시키기 위한 수단(11)과 고체를 반응실 내로 재순환시키기 위한 수단 및 반응실의 일부로서 열전달 표면(1 내지 4)이 포함되는 유동상 반응 장치에 있어서, 상기 재순환 수단에 반응실(5)내의 다른 높이에 있는 영역(I, II, III)내로 고체를 공급하기 위한 여러 개의 귀환 덕트(13, 14, 15)와, 각 귀환 덕트를 통하여 흐르는 고체를 제어하기 위한 수단(23,24, 25)이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동상 반응 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고체 유동을 제어하기 위한 수단(20, 21, 22)에는 귀환 덕트(13, 14, 15)에 설치된 가스 공급 수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 고체를 반응실로 공급하는 3귀환 덕트(13, 14, 15)가 다른 높이로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
